Abstract
The invention relates to welding production and can be used for welding with melting and non-consumable electrodes of gas-saturated materials such as SAP, CAC, etc. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the welding process by reducing the consumption of protective gas. Welding is performed at a pressure P 1 of air in the chamber from 0.15 to 0.6 MPa. In the working area of the welding serves protective gas under pressure P 2 exceeding the air pressure in the chamber by an amount from 10 -2 to 3 . 10 -2 MPa. When welding, observe the ratio P 2 ρ 1 ρ, where P is the air pressure outside the chamber. The method provides for obtaining welded joints without pores with a strength of 90% of the strength of the base material. 1 il.
Description
The invention relates to welding production and can be used for welding with consumable and non-consumable electrodes of gas-saturated materials such as SAP, CAC, etc.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the cost of the welding process by reducing the consumption of shielding gas.
The drawing shows a diagram of the method.
The method is as follows.
2 подают инертный газ 3, давление которого устанавливают большим, чем давление Р( Before welding, chamber 1 is filled with air to a pressure P ( equal to from 0.15 to 0.6 MPa. During the welding operation, an inert gas 3 is supplied to the torch. 2, the pressure of which is set higher than the pressure P (
При реализации способа необходимо соблюдать соотношение Р2>Р|>Р, где Р - давление воздуха вне камеры.into the chamber, by an amount equal to from 10 ^ g to 3 · 10 2 MPa, which, displacing the air from the welding zone 4, provides reliable protection of the seam. When implementing the method, it is necessary to observe the ratio of P 2 > P | > P, where P is the air pressure outside the chamber.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. An electric arc welding of granular alloy 01995 with a thickness of 0.0017 m and a non-consumable tungsten electrode in a chamber with a volume of V = 0.15 m 3 and a pressure inside it of P ( = 0.5 MPa) was performed. The welding zone was protected by feeding argon from a torch under a pressure of R g = 0.5 + 10 ' 2 MPa. Argon consumption 7.5 - 10 ~ 4 m e / s. Welding time t = 60 s, welding speed was 0.002 m / s.

3 5Welded joints are characterized by the absence of porosity, and their strength is 90% of the strength of the base material. 3 5
The argon consumption was 0.045 m.
Давление воздуха внутри камеры рекомендуется устанавливать в зависимости от количества газов, находящихся в основном металле. jgThe air pressure inside the chamber is recommended to be set depending on the amount of gases contained in the base metal. jg
When the content of the gases in the base metal is, for example, 0.5 cm 3/100 g, the air pressure is set 0.15 MPa, and when the content of the gases of 3-4 cm 3/100 g pressure ustanav- 15 Lebanon 0.6 MPa.
With an increase in the volume of the chamber, the inert gas saving increases as many times as the air pressure in the chamber increases at a constant jg flow rate of inert gas.
Due to the saving of inert gas, the method allows to significantly reduce the cost of welding in the chamber at elevated gas pressure.
