Форму собирают и заливают расплавленным металлом .The individual slab is turned over to its original position, set on it with a flask, filled with quartz sand, compacted with vibration. The flask is covered with a second film, vacuumized, electromagnets are disconnected, and the finished half-form is removed from the model plate. In a similar way, the second popupform is made. The form is collected and poured molten metal.
Газообразные продукты, проникают через пористый слой огнеупорной краски и на поверхности отливки протекает реакци хемсорбции с образованием легированного алюминием сло .When the mold is poured with metal, the film is subjected to thermal destruction, the surface of the mold becomes gas-permeable. Fireproof paint provides an accurate casting configuration with a smooth surface. The active filler layer is heated to a high temperature by the heat of the crystallizing and cooling down castings. It produces gaseous products containing active aluminum atoms. Gaseous products penetrate through the porous layer of refractory paint and an adsorption reaction takes place on the surface of the casting to form an aluminum-doped layer.
Example. The method of surface doping was tested when a casting was received. A 45L steel pallet with aluminum surface doping was obtained. The average wall thickness of the casting is 20 mm. The model plate was made of Al2 alloy, and the model was cast from steel 40. Two electromagnets were installed inside, providing a uniform magnetic field on the model surface. A sub-model plate with a model using a vacuum was lined with a SEVILEN film heated to 350–360 K with a thickness of 0.1 mm. A layer of refractory paint was applied to the surface of the film with a pulsator, wt%: zircon concentrate 68-7; polyvinyl butyral 1,5-2; ethyl alcohol technical 28-30. The thickness of the layer of refractory paint 0.2-0.3 mm.
After drying of the refractory paint, the model plate, without disconnecting it from the cooling system, was turned over and attached to the bunker in which the active filler was placed, in May. %: powder ferroaluminium 40-48; ammonium chloride 2-3; ferromagnetic powder (steel shot of the grade DSPOZ) 30-40; quartz sand 1KD16A the rest. The model, together with the bunker, was turned over to the initial position, the active filler was sealed by vibration and electromagnets were turned on. The model plate with the hopper turned over

Из полученных отливок вырезались образцы и металлографически определ лась толщина полученного легированногоevacuated to a residual pressure of 60-70 kPa, electromagnets were disconnected, and the finished half-form was removed from the model plate. In this way, a two-layer half-form was obtained, in which a layer of 5-7 mm in thickness adjoins the forming surface, consisting of an active alloying filler, and the rest of the flask consists of quartz sand. In a similar way, the second half-form was made, the mold was assembled and poured at 1810-1830 K with steel 45L, smelted in an induction furnace. Samples were cut from the obtained castings and the thickness of the obtained doped material was determined by metallographically.
