Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to methods for producing ammonium chloride and can be used to purify waste gases from hydrogen chloride and ammonia in the chemical industry and non-ferrous metallurgy. The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of using low concentrated ammonia and hydrogen chloride from waste gases of various industries. Gases containing ammonia and hydrogen chloride are successively absorbed by a weakly acid cation exchanger — a copolymer of acrylic acid and divilinbenzene in the hydrogen form. Ammonium chloride is accumulated in the ion exchanger layer. The absorption of ammonium chloride from the anion exchanger layer is carried out with a solution with a concentration of 290-320 g / l NH 4CL at 50-60 ° C, then this already saturated solution is cooled to 20-30 ° C and the solid salt is separated from the mother liquor, which is again heated to 50-60 ° C and return to the process. 1 hp f-ly.

Increasing the temperature more than L, 5 is economically unprofitable, since it is necessary to cool the NH4C1 solution by more than 1 ° C by 30 ° C. If the NIN cooling interval of 30 ° C is preserved, then the FULL leaching of Ш4С1 from the ion exchanger does not occur. At a temperature less than 50 ° C, the full ionization does not occur either. The cooling temperature is up to 20 due to the solubility of SHCS1, which in this temperature range d corresponds to 290-320 g / l.

The method provides the utilization of ammonia and hydrogen chloride from waste gases containing from fractions to tens of g / m W 5 and HC1, with the production of ammonium chloride. The task of purifying such gases from NH j and HC1 within one production takes place in organic synthesis plants, the production of biologically active substances, in the production of rare metals, etc. In particular, gases of such composition are formed when air is displaced from containers filled with concentrated aqueous solution of ammonia or hydrochloric acid, i.e., a significant elasticity of vapor NH3 or HC1, when gases are emitted from apparatus G where treatment of various materials with these solutions or gases is carried out

NH and HCl are formed as reaction products in various industries.
When using the proposed method in comparison with the known, it is possible to utilize NHj and HC1 from flue gases to produce ammonium chloride, while simultaneously solving the problem of purifying gases without consuming reagents, and moreover, it is possible to obtain from gases containing HC1 admixture of chlorine, since when NH is absorbed by weak acid cation exchanger, there is no free ammonia in its phase, which reacts with the formation of explosive nitrogen trichloride.
