The invention relates to the electrical industry, in particular, to the design and manufacturing technology of rotors of asynchronous machines.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the manufacturing technology.
FIG. 1 shows the rotor of an asynchronous machine; in fig. 2 is a diagram of the process of forming the rotor shaft.
3.The rotor of an asynchronous machine consists of; shaft 1, made of high-strength cast iron, monolithic frame 2 of ferromagnetic material and laminated tooth zone 3.
I Соединение рма 2 с валом 1 и зубцовой : зоной 3 выполнено с образованием биметаллических пар, например, с помощью лить ,I Connection rma 2 with the shaft 1 and the teeth: zone 3 is made with the formation of bimetallic pairs, for example, using a cast,
The manufacture of the rotor of the asynchronous ma-: bus is carried out in the following sequence.
The casting mold 4 with the fed dents zone 3 placed and preheated to 500-650 ° C is rotated and into the cavity 5 forming rm 2, the melt 6 of ferromagnetic steel is poured under the flux layer, with properties close to the material of the laminated dents zone 3, overheated by 20 ° C above the liquidus temperature. After that, create an exposure and. cool the inner surface of the PM 2 at 80-120 ° C below the temperature of the solidus. Then, a melt of high-strength cast iron, heated to 1440-1460 ° C, is poured into the cavity 7 formed by the rotating mold 4 and the inner surface of the PM2. The rotation of the mold 4 is carried out before the solidification of the metal.
By making the bimetallic rotor, the manufacturing technology is simplified, high-quality metals and alloys are saved due to separate production of a casting of a frame from a ferromagnetic material with properties close to the cylinder and its internal surface and subsequent casting of the shaft from high-strength cast iron to the inside of the frame.
Залива в полость вращающейс формы на поверхность зубцовой зоны расплав ферромагнитного материала с близкими к материалу шихтованного цилиндра свойствами , обеспечивают прочное соединение рма с зубцовой зоной за счет сплавлени с материалом зубцового сло .By filling the cavity into the cavity of the rotating form on the surface of the dentate zone, a melt of ferromagnetic material with properties similar to that of the laminated cylinder provides for a firm connection of the frame with the dentate zone due to fusion with the material of the dentate layer.
By pouring a ferromagnetic alloy under the flux layer, it is securely bonded to the material of the laminated cylinder by preventing oxidation.
его поверхности, предварительно нагретой до 600°С.its surface, preheated to 600 ° C.
Залива полость рма расплавом, перегретым на 20°С выше температуры ликвиду- са, достигают заполнение щелей на шихтованной поверхности зубцовой зоны расплавом, обеспечива соединение рма с материалом зубцового сло .By filling the cavity of the PMA with the melt overheated by 20 ° C above the liquidus temperature, filling of the gaps on the laminated surface of the tooth zone with the melt is achieved, ensuring the connection of the PMH with the material of the dentate layer.
Having created a shutter speed after pouring the ferromagnetic alloy, they provide hardening of the core due to crystallization throughout the entire volume of the casting.
By cooling the inner surface of the PM at 80-120 ° C below the temperature of the solidification of 5 ° C, a crust is formed that forms the hard surface of the casting of the PM. When cooled below 80 ° C below the solidus temperature, an unstable crust of the frame is formed, which is not ready for pouring the subsequent alloy of the shaft material. Cooling more than 120 ° C is impractical due to significant loss of time and reduced performance.
5 Заливку чугуна, перегретого выше 1460°С, вести нецелесообразно за счет увеличени энергозатрат на поддержание высокой температуры .By casting a high-strength cast iron into the cavity of the rotating form, a shaft casting is formed. When cast iron overheated to 1440-1460 °, filling of the entire cavity of the shaft is achieved and a strong connection of the alloy with the ferromagnetic material of the cast rm is ensured. In case of overheating below 1440 ° C, a strong connection with the PM material is not achieved due to heat losses due to heating of the cooled PM surface and losses during pouring. 5 Casting iron, overheated above 1460 ° C, is impractical due to the increase in energy consumption to maintain a high temperature.
