Description
The invention relates to mixing devices and can be used in the chemical industry and in sanitary engineering for sewage treatment.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify the flocculation and coagulation processes. The drawing shows the mixer, the cut.
2.The mixer consists of a cylindrical body 1, which is a pipe with flanges, through which reagent duct 2 is introduced. Inside the body 1, a hollow thin-walled cylinder 3 with a confusor 4 is located coaxially with it. The hollow thin-walled cylinder 3 and the diffuser 4 are centered by spacers 5 made of rods. Inside the diffuser k and the hollow thin-walled cylinder 3 there is a coaxial conductor 2 coaxial with them and the housing 1.
10.In the end part of the reagent line 2 there are slit holes 6 and sleeve 7 with the same holes 8. Sleeve 7 is made of a material that provides the least friction loss on the metal, for example, fluoroplastic, and serves to center the telescopic tube 9 s reagent line 2.. The end of the telescopic pipe 9 from the end of the reagent line 2 is plugged with a hydrodynamic fairing 10.
Противоположный торец телескопического патрубка 9 снабжен фланцем 12, к которому болтовым соединением крепитс заглушка 13 тарельчатой формы, перекрывающа выходное отверстие конфузора k.Near the hydrodynamic flap 10 on the side surface of the pipe 9 slit holes 11 are located of the same size as slit holes 6 and 8. The longitudinal axes of the slit holes 6, 8 and 11 coincide and are parallel to the axis of the mixer. The opposite end of the telescopic nozzle 9 is provided with a flange 12, to which a disk-shaped cap 13 is attached with a bolt joint, blocking the outlet opening of the confuser k.
17.The butt end of the confuser k and the edges of the cap 13 of the posterior form have symmetric teeth, the faces of which are parallel to each other and form a slotted opening in the form of a broken line between their own. The cap 13 is attached to the telescopic tube 9 by the flange 12 and the presser washer 14 through guide washers 15 made of the same material as the sleeve 17.
The mixer works as follows.
The source water enters housing 1 and is divided into two parts. One part of the source water, the passage of a hollow thin-walled cylinder 3 and the confuser C, exerts hydrodynamic pressure on the cap 13. moving it along the reagent 2 in the direction of the source water, which increases the annular gap between the end part of the confuser 4 and the inner surface of the cap 13. At the same time moving the plug 13 moves the pipe 9, which is rigidly connected with it. As the pipe 9 moves, the slit-like holes 11, the slit-like holes 6 located on the reactant line 2, and the slit-like holes 8 on the sleeve 7 are shifted, increasing the area of the living section of the reactant supply. Reagent jets introduced perpendicularly to the flow of source water flowing in a hollow thin-walled cylinder 3 and confuser 4 change their shape along and across the flow, ensuring a fairly high uniformity of distribution of the reagent in the source water.
11, с. 16-18).The length of the cylinder 3, necessary for complete mixing of the reagent with the source water, can be calculated using empirical equations (Sonitar, engineering, building equipment. Scientific and technical abstract collection. M., 1980, ser. 9, issue 11, p. 16-18).
8.By reducing the flow rate of the source water, the hydrodynamic pressure on the plug 13 decreases, and due to the constant pressure in the reagent line 2 exceeding the pressure of the source water, the telescopic pipe 9 is displaced and the area of the reagent jets is reduced from the partially blocked slit holes 11 by the sleeve body 7. The increase in the consumption of source water leads to an increase in the consumption of reagent. The maximum reagent consumption corresponds to the complete alignment of the slit holes 11 with slit holes 6 and 8.
The second part of the source water that is not processed by the reagent passes through an annular gap formed by the inner wall of the housing 2 and the outer wall of the hollow thin-walled 5o cylinder. k through the slit holes formed by the beveled teeth on the disk-shaped plug 13 and on the end of the confuser C. The velocity vectors of both streams are directed towards each other g other, and a slit opening in a broken line allows to increase the area of the living section with a minimum gap clearance, thereby increasing the dynamic pressure that allows to increase flow turbulence and the degree of mixing of the two streams.
