Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл гранулировани расплавов и позвол ет повысить качество получаемых гранул. Устройство дл гранулировани расплавов содержит средство дл получени капель расплава, выполненное в виде емкости 3 с решеткой в нижней части, средство 5 дл подачи потока воздуха, установленное под решеткой, отражательный элемент 6, установленный напротив средства 5 дл подачи воздуха. Отражательный элемент 6 выполнен в виде логарифмической спирали 7 с нижним расположением полюса и снабжен в нижней части дополнительным средством 8 дл подачи воздуха, выходные отверсти 9 которого расположены по всей его ширине и направлены вверх по касательной к спирали. При скольжении гранул по спирали 7 происход т уплотнение верхних слоев гранул и одновременно их охлаждение. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to a device for granulating melts and improves the quality of the obtained granules.
