Способ сборки поршневого двигател с теплоизолирующей плитой, размещенной на днище головки цилиндра, заключаетс в том, что теплоизолирующую плиту с седлами клапанов накладывают на днище головки без фиксации, устанавливают клапаны, пружины и сухари. Причем ориентаци плиты относительно днища головки осуществл етс при установке клапанов через сопр женные между собой конические поверхности клапанов и их седел.
