Изобретение относитс  к станкостроению и может быть использовано в т желых станках с гидростатическими направл ющими. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение надежности и упрощение конструкции направл ющих. Вал многопоточного насоса 1 кинематически св зан с механическим вариатором, состо щим из дисков 5 и 6. Диск 6 св зан с приводом насоса 1 и штоком гидроцилиндра 7. Одна полость последнего соединена с выходом насоса 1, а друга  - с задатчиком, который выполнен в виде пружины 8 и/или источника внешнего давлени  подпитки. Выходы насоса 1 соединены с карманами гидростатической направл ющей. При увеличении нагрузки происходит уменьшение толщины смазочного сло  и повышение давлени  в карманах. Поршень гидроцилиндра 7 смещает диск вариатора к центру, уменьша  передаточное число и увеличива  число оборотов вала насоса 1. При этом производительность насоса 1 повышаетс  и происходит выравнивание толщины смазочного сло . 2 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used in heavy machine tools with hydrostatic rails. The outlets of the pump 1 are connected to the pockets of the hydrostatic guide. As the load increases, the thickness of the lubricant layer decreases and the pressure in the pockets increases. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder 7 shifts the variator disk to the center, reducing the gear ratio and increasing the number of revolutions of the pump 1 shaft. At the same time, the performance of the pump 1 increases and the thickness of the lubricating layer is equalized. 2 Il.
