Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  измельчени . Цель - снижение материалоемкости. На валу 1 устройства с помощью шпонки 2 установлен ротор 3 с выгрузочными лопаст ми 4, размещенными напротив выгрузочного патрубка. Подвижные измельчающие диски 6 с промежуточными шайбами 7 закреплены на роторе 3 посредством шпонки 8 и чередуютс  с зазором с неподвижными измельчающими дисками 9 и промежуточными шайбами 10 с помощью шпонки 11 и гайки 12, закрепленными в корпусе 13. Втулка 14 с пазами ст жным болтом 16, ввернутым в вал двигател , поджимаетс  к торцу вала 1 через загрузочное лопастное колесо 17 и фиксируетс  в роторе 1 фиксатором 18, один конец которого входит в один из пазов 15 втулки 14, а второй закреплен на роторе винтом 19. Последний по ходу подачи продукта измельчающий диск 20 - подвижный, а его наружный диаметр выполнен меньшим наружного диаметра выгрузочных лопастей 4 и отличаетс  от него на величину не более (0,3-0,4) высоты выгрузочной лопасти 4 ротора 3. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to a grinding apparatus.
