Винтова  овощерезка снабжена съемной ножевой решеткой 7 с центральным отверстием, а винт расположен в последнем с возможностью свободного осевого перемещени . Ножева  решетка 7 имеет каналы, выполненные сужающимис  в сторону выхода продукта и образованные передними клинообразно заостренными стенками отверстий 10 с пр молинейными гран ми, а каналы тыльной стороны образованы пересечением стенок 9 отверстий 10 с задней плоскостью и составл ют ножевую пару в процессе работы с режущей кромкой 12 радиального ножа 5, имеющего руко тку 13.
