Description
The invention relates to dust collectors of chemical technology, more specifically to inertial dust collectors, and can be used to extract suspended particles of solid or liquid from a gas stream.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of zone capture by reducing re-entrainment, as well as to ensure the compactness of the apparatus.
5.FIG. 1 shows a jet dust collector (separator) with the location of the inlet pipe outside the outlet pipe, general view; 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one ; in fig. 3 - option separator with counter-coaxial accelerating nozzles; FIG. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 3, in FIG. 5 is a separator with the location of the inlet pipe inside the outlet; FIG. B is section BB-B in FIG.
The separator consists of an inlet nozzle J connected to a source of emission of a gas and dust flow and enclosing an outlet nozzle 2 inside it, inside which a dust collector 3 is located. outlets 5. The dust collector 3 is connected to the bunker 6. When collecting ash, the separator from the flue gases can be combined with a smoke tube, for example, a boiler room, an installation, and work on it.
6During operation, the gas and dust flow enters the entrance chamber 1 and is distributed through the accelerating nozzles 4 and onto a number of jets flowing out at an increased speed into the dust collector 3 through the opening 5. The strands in the dust collector, turning around as an annular flow, return through the opening 5 and enter the outlet 2 cleaned of suspended particles deposited from the jets due to the inertia in the dust collector 3. in the form of sediment falling in the storage bin 6
In the variant of the separator (FIG. 3), in the dust collector 3, the collision of the opposing jets occurs with the formation of fan jets, contributing to the deposition of thinner fractions of particles. The fan jet is then transformed into an annular flow when gas is returned through the opening 5. The latter option is more difficult to manufacture, however, it allows trapping thinner particles.
Separator (Fig.1 and 3). can be made of three pieces of round tubes of different diameters nested into one another, corresponding to each other

З). Трубы могут быть и некруглого сечени , например , пр моугольного.(where d is the diameter of the accelerating nozzles 4; D is the diameter of the inlet 4, D is the diameter of the outlet D3 is the diameter of the dust collector). This achieves manufacturability and compactness of the apparatus, provided that the velocities of the gas flow at the inlet and outlet of the separator are equal, which ensures the optimal value of the hydraulic resistance. The pipe 1 and the dust box 3 are plugged on top, and the pipe 2 - below. The pipes are located as eccentrically as possible (FIG. 1) or coaxially (FIG. 3). Pipes can also have a non-circular section, such as a rectangular one.
Thus, due to the continuous movement of collected dust into the storage bin 6 in the dust collector 3, there is a minimum amount of sediment, therefore the secondary entrainment of particles from the dust collector 3 through the opening 5 is reduced. Additionally, the secondary entrainment is reduced due to
что функциональные элементы конструкции - патрубки и пылесборник - вложены один в другой, что позвол ет создать компактный пылесборник (и аппарат в целом) при значительном объеме пылесборника, необходимом дл предотвращени вторичного уноса частиц из него.that the functional elements of the structure — the nozzles and the dust collector — are nested into one another, which allows for the creation of a compact dust collector (and the apparatus as a whole) with a considerable amount of dust collector needed to prevent secondary entrainment of particles from it.
3.It is possible to perform a separator (FIGS. 5 and 6) from the inlet nozzle 1, carrying accelerating nozzles 4, tangential to it. A coaxial inlet is located an outlet nozzle 2, covered by a dust collector 3 and enclosing an inlet nozzle 1. The dust collector is provided with a chute 7 to remove dust from it. nozzles 4 holes 5 connect the outlet 2 with the dust collector 3.
4.When a dusty gas is fed into the inlet 1, the latter is accelerated in the accelerating nozzles 4 and through the holes 5 enters the dust collector 3 from which it returns through the peripheral annular zone of the same hole 5 cleaned and leaves the apparatus through the outlet nozzle 2. The accumulated dust sediment from the dust collector falls on the bottom of the chute 7, from where it can be transported to a storage bin. In the presence of a tangential inlet 8, the dusty gas in the inlet nozzle rotates and additionally separates dust to the outer walls of its own nozzle 1 and accelerating nozzles 4.
The tangential gas flow from the accelerating nozzles 4 ensures the rotation of the gas in the dust collector 3, the centrifugal force of which pushes the particles to the outer wall and prevents the dust from escaping to the cleaned pipe 2

4.gas. This is also facilitated by the enriched dust due to the rotation in the inlet pipe of the outer gas layers in the accelerating nozzles 4.
