Abstract
Изобретение относитс к энергетике и может быть использовано в котлостроении. Цель изобретени - снижение металлоемкости и повышение надежности. Конвективна поверхность нагрева содержит блок змеевиков, выполненных с чередующимис гнутыми и пр мыми участками 1 и 2 соответственно. Пр мые участки 2 на части своей длины совмещены по длине блока во всех змеевиках и скреплены совмещенными част ми друг с другом при помощи проставок. При этом нагрузка от гнутых участков 1 через проставки передаетс на пр мые участки 2 смежных змеевиков. Така поверхность нагрева образует пространственный самонесущий блок, который не требует дополнительных деталей креплени и подвесных труб, что повышает надежность поверхности нагрева. При этом увеличиваетс дол поверхности нагрева, образованной высокоэффективными гнутыми участками, что повышает тепловую эффективность поверхности нагрева и снижает ее металлоемкость. 6 ил.The invention relates to energy and can be used in boiler building.
