Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технологическому оборудованию дл разборки прессовых соединений типа вал-втулка. Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей, повышение производительности труда и качества разборки. Установка дл тепловой разборки прессовых соединений содержит станину с установленным к ней приспособлением дл установки разбираемого узла и расположенными симметрично относительно него и с возможностью осевого перемещени от привода двум индукционно-нагревательными устройствами, каждое из них выполнено в виде катушек возбуждени (КВ) и системы магнитопроводов. Кажда КВ состоит по меньшей мере из двух секций неподвижной 8 и подвижной 13 в осевом направлении. Система магнитопроводов имеет неподвижную часть 7 и подвижную часть 12, выполненную Г-образной формы и св занную с подвижной секцией 13 КВ. Рассто ние между подвижной и неподвижной секци ми КВ может измен тьс от нул до максимального, равного 0,5 от внутреннего диаметра КВ. Такое выполнение КВ дает возможность осуществл ть нагрев по длине посадки и съем охватывающих деталей в широком диапазоне типоразмеров. 1 з.п. ф-лы. 3 ил.This invention relates to a process equipment for disassembling press-fit shaft-sleeve joints.
