Abstract
The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in cryogenic technology in the manufacture of heat exchangers. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the heat exchanger. In the manufacture of layers of wire gasket 1 adjacent turns of a cylindrical helix stack on the helicoid. The cylindrical inner wall 3 of the heat exchanger is made by positioning it with an offset from the inner surface of the annular layers of the wire packing towards the outer wall 2. The protruding portion of the packing is then removed. The method ensures uniform distribution of the hydraulic resistance in the cross section of the heat exchanger and along its axis. 3 il.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in cryogenic technology in the manufacture of heat exchangers.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the heat exchanger,
In Fig "1 presents schematically matrix heat exchanger, longitudinal section; figure 2 is the same cross section; on the device for laying the wire.
The matrix heat exchanger contains a gasket 1 of highly heat-conducting material, cylindrical walls 2 and 3 of low heat-conducting material separating the heat exchanger from the environment, the intermediate cylindrical wall 4 of low heat conductive material separating the heat-transfer fluids 5 and 6, the cylindrical walls 2-4 - axially one to another,
The method of manufacturing the matrix heat exchanger is carried out as follows.
The wire from which the gasket 1 is formed is wound round to the coil
на цилиндрический стержень, например i с помощью токарного станка, далееon a cylindrical bar, for example i with a lathe, then
При этом витки смещают один относительно другого и укладываютс по геликоиду с требуемым количеством уложенных меж™ ду цилиндрическими стенками 9 и 10 кольцевых слоев, состо щих из витковthe rod with the wire wound and fixed at the ends is inserted into the hollow cylinder 7 and one wire is released, which spontaneously starts to unwind, forming a cylindrical helix of larger diameter than on the rod, while the hollow cylinder is twisted around the axis in the direction of unwinding of the helix. At the end of the transfer of the cylindrical helix, the core is removed from the external surface of the rod to the internal surface of the hollow cylinder. Then, the piston 8 progressively moves the cylindrical spiral along the axis relative to the inner surface of the hollow cylinder 7, and the cylinder 7 itself is moved in the gap between the two cylindrical walls 9 and 10 so that the path of the points located on the cylinder 7 is an epicycloid. In this case, the coils are displaced one against the other and are placed along a helicoid with the required number of annular layers laid between the cylindrical walls 9 and 10, consisting of coils

После формировани набивки осуществл ют формообразование цилиндрических стенок 3 и 4 любым известным способом, например центробежным литьем .After forming the packing, the cylindrical walls 3 and 4 are formed by any known method, for example, by centrifugal casting.
10In order for the diameter of the inner surface of the annular layers of the wire pad to be less than the diameter of the inner wall 3, the diameter of the outer wall 9 is equal to the diameter of the outer wall 2, and the diameter of the inner wall 10

Предлагаемый способ изготовлени less than or equal to the diameter of the inner wall 3. Excess packing is removed along. AA lines by any known method, for example, by cutting or dissolving.
