Abstract
The invention relates to geophysical studies of wells, for example, acoustic logging methods and can be used when working in deep wells with temperatures in study areas exceeding 120 ° C. The aim of the invention is to increase the service life while reducing the cost of the device. As a result of rigid fastening of the chassis along the absorber case, two hermetic cavities are formed, one of which is filled with a heat absorbing substance, and the other contains electronic components and assemblies. An increase in the body temperature due to the leakage of heat from the environment through the heat-shielding shell occurs to a value exceeding the melting point of the eutectic alloy. This ensures that the temperature gradient inside the device remains constant until the heat-absorbing agent is completely melted. 1 il.

The invention relates to geophysical studies of wells, for example, by acoustic logging methods, and can be used when carrying out work in deep wells with temperatures in the test areas exceeding l 12 0 ° C,
The aim of the invention is to increase the service life while reducing the cost of the instrument.
The drawing shows the design of a geophysical downhole tool.
В охранный баропрочный кожух 1 помещены теплозащитна оболочка с внешним 2 и внутренним сло ми 3, теплозащитные пробки 4 и шасси 5, теплозащитна оболочка содержит также проме- жутичный слой 6, который может быть выполнен из объемного теплоизол то- ра, например базальтового волокна. Внутренний объем цилиндрического корпуса 7 теплопоглотител разделен шасси 5 на две полости, одна из которых заполнена теплопоглощ2н ч;им веществомHeat protection casing with outer 2 and inner layers 3, heat protection plugs 4 and chassis 5 are placed in protective protective casing 1, heat protection casing also contains an intermediate layer 6, which can be made of a volumetric heat insulator, for example basalt fiber. The internal volume of the cylindrical housing 7 of the heat absorber is divided into two chassis 5 cavities, one of which is filled with heat absorbing material;

10.8, and in the other there are elements and components of the electronic circuit 9. Windows 10 are made in the cylindrical body 7.
The device works as follows.
The security station of the device protects the structure placed in it from the hydrostatic pressure acting in the well. Heat shielding and heat insulating plugs prevent heat leakage from the well onto the chassis. The design of the heat-shielding shell makes it possible to ensure a low value of the coefficient of thermal conductivity due to the high thermal insulation properties of the bulk heat insulator, and therefore ensures a minimal heat influx into the shell. At the same time, the elastic outer and inner layers provide ease of operation of the shell, making it constructive, flexible and flexible in the radial direction, which is very important when developing borehole tools, the outer diameter of which is usually 42-90 mm.
удельной теплоты плавлени .The chassis is made of a material with good thermal conductivity, such as copper. The first cavity, hermetic, is filled with a heat-absorbing substance, for example, a eutectic alloy (cadmium, tin and bismuth), having a melting point of 103 ° C and a high value of the specific heat of melting.
The second cavity of the cylindrical housing is used to install elements and components of the electronic circuits of the device, and elements and components that are larger than the dimensions of the cylindrical housing are installed against the windows 10. The heat shield is elastic and pliable in the radial direction, it is somewhat deformed in these places, not damage at the same time abutting elements in it.
When the device is lowered into the well, the temperature of the cylindrical body is honey.

рез теплозащитную оболочку и теплозащитные пробки и за счет тепла, выдел емого элементами и узлами электронной схемы.cutting the heat-shielding sheath and heat-shielding plugs and due to the heat generated by the elements and nodes of the electronic circuit.
When the temperature of the cylindrical body reaches a value higher than the melting point of the eutactic alloy, the alloy begins to melt. The temperature of the body, chassis.
а следовательно, и установленных в нем элементов и узлов электронной схемы, не будет измен тьс до тех пор, пока не расплавитс все тепло- поглощающее вещество, причем за счет равномерного распределени вещества вдоль всей длины шасси, непосредственного контакта теплопоглотител с корпусом тасси и хорошей теплопроводности материала, из которого шасси изготовлено, температурный градиент внутри шасси практически отсутствует .consequently, the elements and components of the electronic circuit installed in it will not change until the entire heat-absorbing substance melts, and due to the uniform distribution of the substance along the entire length of the chassis, direct contact of the heat absorber with the tassi body and good thermal conductivity The material from which the chassis is made, the temperature gradient inside the chassis is practically absent.
