The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of thermomechanical processing, including quenching, deformation and aging, aging is carried out due to plastic deformation by rolling the metal in a freshly hardened state in 6-10 passes with a degree of deformation per pass 20-25%, with the temperature of the rolling rolls 240-260 C and an exposure after each passage of 30- 90 s, followed by cooling to room temperature. During this treatment, the solid solution of iodine decomposes through repeated heating during the rolling process to the region of artificial aging temperatures (170–200 ° C). The rise in temperature occurs due to the deformation and the transfer of the chill to the aagotovs.
При нагреве валku from the mountains of something deforming tool. The process of decomposition of a solid solution is influenced by both direct (during deformation) and hereditary (in pauses between passes) deformation. The direct effect of the deformation consists in the tenification of processes due to the nucleation of fresh dislocations and the release of reinforcing phases on them. In addition, moving dislocation groups themselves transport impurity atoms to the precipitates. At the same time, during repeated deformation with heating to 170–200 ° C, the deformation at each step leads to the fixation of dislocations by precipitates. As a result, the connection of all accumulated dislocation obstacles with the matrix is strengthened, and they themselves become new obstacles to the movement of dislocations. This process is repeated at each subsequent stage. The braking of dislocations by obstacles leads to the formation of numerous clusters and tangles of dislocations. Due to the stabilization of dislocations by dispersed particles, the nature of the force effect of clusters on the obstacles changes in comparison with the effects of a single deformation. In addition, warm-ups with subsequent exposures at a temperature in the inter-I pass intervals lead to a partial polygonization of the structure. I When heating to high temperatures (more than 170-180), long exposures are undesirable, as overcooking may start, which leads to a decrease in strength characteristics. At low shutter speeds (30-90 s) and the temperature corresponding to each shutter speed, the phase enlargement process is inhibited. Less than six passes does not lead to a complete decomposition of the solid solution and the maximum strengthening effect is not achieved. More than ten passes lead to coag. When rolling with a degree of deformation per pass less than 20%, the required lower temperature is not reached, and with a degree of deformation more than 25%, normal conditions of capture are not met, and moreover, the temperature rises exceeds the optimum value, which leads to overdrying (coarsening of decomposition products) .
