The purpose of the invention is to simplify and reduce the reliability of the valve motor.
The drawing shows a diagram of the AC drive.

К второму входу системы 24 и к входу сис- ремы 23 подключен выход системы 25 Автоматического регулировани вентильного двигател .The drive contains a bridge rectifier rectifier 1, connected by input leads through a smoothing choke 2 to a bridge inverter on thyristors 3–8, and input leads through primary windings 9–11 of saturating double winding reactors connected to an AC network. Secondary windings 12– 14 saturable reactors are connected between the output side of the inverter and the stator winding pins of the motor 15. On the motor shaft, the rotor position sensor 16 and tachogenerator 17 are fixed. Each multichannel logic circuit 18 is controlled the channel contains two logical elements AND 19 and 20, the element MENT or OR 21 and the relay element 22, and the output of the sensor 16 of the position of the relay is connected to the first inputs of the elements 19 and 20. The second of the first element I 19 is connected to the forward, and the second input of the second EI 20 - with the inverse outputs of the element OR-HE 21, whose input Through the relay element 22 is connected to the output of the tachogenerator 17. The third in | course of the element I 20 is connected to the output of the system 23 of the pulse-phase control of the rectifier 1, and the outputs of the elements and 19 and 20 are combined and connected to one of the inputs of the system 2 4 pulse-phase control Inverter on thyristors 3-8. To the second input of the system 24 and to the input of the system 23, the output of the system 25 of the automatic control of the valve motor is connected.
The drive works as follows.
According to the signal Uy from the automatic control system 25, the pulses at the output of the system 23 of the pulse-phase control begin to shift towards decreasing the angle of unlocking of the thyristors d, i.e. in the direction of increasing - PI of rectified voltage of rectifier 1. These same pulses go to the input of element AND 20, on the other two inputs of which there are logical units from the rotor position sensor 16 and from the inverse output of the element OR NOT 21 "Scheme for simplicity The description is single line. In fact, the rotor position sensor has six output channels (according to the number of inverter thyristors) and, accordingly, elements 19 and 20 are also six. When there are three units at the input of the corresponding element AND 20, a logical unit appears at its output, which is converted by the system 24 of the pulse-phase control to the enabling pulses to the corresponding thyristors 3-8 of the inverter. The phase of these pulses, i.e. the inverter switch-on angle is determined by the polarity of the control signal Uy, coming from block 25 to the second input of system 24. If U ,. positively, which corresponds to the motor mode of the drive, the phase of the pulses corresponds to the invertor mode (d 150 el.grad.). With negative Uy, the pulses arrive at the inverter with angles of 0, i.e. the inverter is rectified. In this case, rectifier 1, on the contrary, opens with T, i.e. works in inverter mode. Let the signal (unit) from the element And 20 included (in accordance with the position of the rotor) thyristors 5 and 6 of the inverter. Then the current flows along the circuit: plus rectifier 1 - choke 2 - thyristor 5 - winding 12 of the reactor - two phases of the engine 15 - winding 14 of the reactor - thyristor 6 - minus rectifier 1. Engine 15 starts to turn. At the next coincidence of the pulses from the system 23 of the pulse-phase control and the rotor rotation sensor 16, the element 20 is turned on (the corresponding channel) and the corresponding inverter thyristor, for example 4, is unlocked through the system 24, the corresponding thyristors switching in the rectifier 1, resulting in the winding 10 of the reactor being under the linear voltage of the network. This voltage (with a reduction ratio) is transformed into the secondary winding 13 of the reactor to the phase winding of the engine 15, and minus to the cathode of the thyristor 4. Under the action of the voltage of the winding 13, the current through the thyristor 4 increases, and through the thyristor 5 decreases, t. e. current is switched from one motor phase to another. At the same time, the corresponding thyristors also switch in rectifier 1, but until the reactor is saturated, it cannot be completed, since the current in the primary winding of the unsaturated reactor is equal to the sum of the magnetizing current and the secondary winding 13 (reduced to the primary winding), those. less phase current of rectifier 1. After completing the inverter switching, the reactor is saturated, the inductive resistance of the winding 10 drops to almost zero and the rectifier switching process is quickly completed. Further, the switching process is repeated as described above and as the signal from block 25 increases, the engine 15 accelerates. When the motor reaches a speed of 15% of the nominal emf of the tachogenerator, it becomes sufficient to operate the relay element 22 and the logical unit from the output of the OR-NOT 21 element is fed to the element 19 and the logical zero to the element 20. As a result The signals from the sensor 16 of the rotor position are passed to the system 24, the element I 20 passes. The switching of the inverter occurs naturally due to the EMF of the motor. The EMF in the secondary windings of the reactors continues to be induced at the moments of switching thyristors of rectifier 1, however, if these moments do not coincide in time with the switching times of the inverter, then the EMF of the reactors does not affect the switching process, and if they coincide, it has an accelerating effect, reducing the time switching inverter.
Thus, the proposed electric drive practically without any complication of the power circuit and control system of the valve engine (only the secondary windings of the reactors are introduced) allows not only to successfully switch the inverter when starting and at low frequencies of rotation of the engine, but also provides accelerated switching of the inverter ( decreases the angle of commutation) which in turn increases the use of the inverter. The need to match the switching between the rectifier and the inverter is not a disadvantage, since at low frequencies the motor always has.
Дл реализации таких совпадений в предлагаемом электроприводе выполнена св зь с системой импульсно-фазового управлени выпр мителем, в остальном логическа схема не отличаетс от известных аналогичного назначени .The zone of coincidence of the low-frequency signal from the rotor position sensor and the high-frequency (50 Hz) signal from the pulse-phase control system is wide enough. In order to realize such coincidences in the proposed electric drive, the communication with the pulse-phase control system of the rectifier is carried out, otherwise the logic scheme does not differ from the known ones of similar purpose.
Thus, in comparison with the known in the proposed electric

Это упрощает реализацию электропривода и повышает его надежность .excluded a number of functional blocks that provide switching of the inverter, with a slight change in the elements of the system. This simplifies the implementation of the drive and increases its reliability.
