Abstract
This invention relates to an optical instrument. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy and simplify the design of the device. The device contains a radiation source 1, compensators 2.3, fixed mirrors 4.5 and 6, a photodetector 7, a movable mirror 8, a cryostat 9 with the test sample 10 and an entrance window 11. The light flux from the radiation source 1 is alternately directed to two light channels Moving mirror 8. When measuring the intensity of the incident beam, the luminous flux falls on the mirror 4, reflects from it on the concave mirror 5, reflects from it and falls on the photodetector 7. When measuring the intensity of the reflected beam, the luminous flux from the source 1 falls on the moving the mirror 8 is reflected from it, through the window of the cryostat 9 falls on the sample 10, is reflected from it at an angle close to normal, falls on the mirror 6 and then on the photodetector 7. The angles of incidence of the light beam on mirrors 4 and 8 are equal, the angles are also equal the incidence of light on mirrors 5 and 6, as well as the angles of incidence of light coming from these mirrors to the photodetector 7. Increasing the measurement accuracy is achieved by increasing the switching frequency of the optical channels of the movable mirror 8. 1 Il.
Description
7.Cala 4 and 8 are set so that the angles of incidence of light on them are equal; mirrors 5 and 6 are set so that the angles of incidence of the light on them are equal, and the angles of incidence of the light reflected from them on the photodetector 7 are also equal.
7.Mirrors 5 and 6 can be made spherical to focus the radiation on the photodetector 7.
8.The plane of the compensator 2 nearest to the mirror 8 is located on the axis of the incident light beam at the same distance from the mirror 8 and makes the same angle with the beam axis as the external plane of the input optical window 11 of the cryostat with respect to the beam axis reflected from the mirror eight.
7.the current from the radiation source 1 falls on the movable mirror 8, is reflected from it, passes the entrance window 11 of the cryostat 9 and falls on the sample 10, reflects from it at an angle close to normal, passes the input window 11 again and sends it to the mirror 6, reflects from it and falls on the photodetector 7.
Величина абсолютного коэффициента зеркального отражени определ етс из отношени сигналов фотоприемника при регистрации отраженной и падающей интенсивности светового луча и осуществл етс в электронном блоке обработки сигналов (не показан).The magnitude of the absolute specular reflection coefficient is determined from the ratio of the photodetector signals when registering the reflected and incident intensity of the light beam and is carried out in an electronic signal processing unit (not shown).

The beam from the focusing point of the light to the nearest plane of the compensator 3 is the same as the distance and angle along the axis of the beam reflected from sample 10 to the inner plane of the input optical window 11. The thickness and material of the compensators and the input optical window 11 are the same.
Meeting the above requirements allows two identical measurement channels with a high switching frequency and the same reduced image of the radiation source on the photoreceiver surface to be formed.
