Abstract
Изобретение относитс к магнитному обогащению и позвол ет повысить эффективность процесса дешламации. Дешламатор содержит цилиндрический корпус 1 с вертикальным валом 2, кольцевой питающий короб (ПК) 3, намагничивающие блоки (НБ) 4 и 5 из посто нных магнитов, выполненных в виде замкнутых колец и установленных с зазором между собой концентрично ПК 3, приспособление 6 дл разгрузки песков, сливной желоб 7 и граблины 8. Причем НБ 5 установлен с возможностью вращени , а посто нные магниты установлены на НБ 4 и 5 с чередованием пол рности. Питание подаетс в ПК 3 и попадает в зазор между НБ 4 и 5. Магнитные частицы под действием магнитного пол флокулируютс . Намагниченна пульпа попадает в корпус 1. Пески оседают и вывод тс через приспособление 6.
