Description
The invention relates to the hardware design of processes occurring in a gas (steam) - liquid system, such as absorption, rectification, and can find application in the chemical and related industries.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the plate at high loads in the liquid phase due to the uniform distribution of liquid.
1).In FIG. 1 shows a bubbler plate, a top view; in FIG. 2 - the location of the distribution partitions (node I in Fig. 1).
The bubbler plate includes a base], in which the perforated sections 2 and the main solid sections 3 are arranged, which are parallel to the movement of the liquid from the receiving pocket 4 to the drain pocket 5 with the overflow partition 6, as well as additional solid sections. 7, located at an angle of 135 ° to the direction of fluid movement, with distribution walls 8 installed along them with slots made in them.
The length of the distribution partitions is due to the following. Along the length of the distribution partitions less than 1/2 of the length of the additional plots, alignment of the liquid concentrations in the transverse direction will be insufficient to increase the efficiency of the plate.
When the length of the distribution partitions is more than 1/2 the length of the additional solid sections, the liquid level on the plate will be uneven, which will interfere with the normal operation of the plate.
The height of the distributor! -! Of the partition walls is selected in such a way as to completely eliminate the flow of liquid over the partition walls.
The distance between the distribution partitions is chosen for reasons of ensuring uniformly ιό distribution with the distribution of liquid on the plate.
The height of the slot in the distribution partitions is due to the following. A slot with a height of less than 1/2 the height of the overflow partition does not ensure the exclusion of stagnant zones behind. partitions with increased loads in the liquid phase.
When the slot height is more than 1/2 the height of the overflow partition, the alignment of the liquid concentrations in the transverse direction of the plate will be insufficient to increase the efficiency of the plate.
Example. There is a column with an inner diameter of 2400 mm. The length of the working part of the plate between the drain (at the receiving pocket) and overflow (at the drain pocket) planks is 1600 mm. The height of the overflow bar is 33 mm, the width of the main g and additional b continuous sections is 2–5 the height of the overflow bar and is 80 mjm. The length and spacing of additional solid sections are equal to 1/4 of the length of continuous sections, i.e. 1600.1 / 4 == 400 mm. In this case, the number of pairs of branches L 'is 3. Then the distance between the partitions on the continuous section is as follows:
а=| 1). r=3/(34-1)] -80=^^ = =60 мм.a = | 1). r = 3 / (34-1)] -80 = ^^ = = 60 mm.
The length of the partition wall is 1/2 the length of the additional solid piece: '400 · 1/2 / = 200 mm.
The height of the slot in the distribution partition is 1/2 the height of the overflow partition: 35-1 / 2 = 17.5 mm.
The length of the slot in the distribution partition is selected at the installation site.
The height of the distribution partition is not less than two heights of the overflow partition: 35-2 = 70 mm.
The number of distribution partitions on a plate is 6 (on one track).
Bubble plate works as follows.
The liquid from the receiving pocket 4 enters the base 1 of the plate, and part of the liquid moves along the solid sections 3, where there is no interaction with the gas phase and the liquid maintains a concentration close to the initial one. At the installation site of the distribution partitions 8, the liquid is divided into flows, while part of the liquid continues to move along the continuous section 3, and the remaining liquid moves along the distribution partitions 8 along the additional continuous sections 7, and part of the liquid through the slots in the partitions 8 enters the plate zones located behind the distribution partitions 8. At the boundaries of the continuous sections, gas (vapor) bubbles from the openings create circulation flows by which the liquid from these sections is transferred to the inter actions with gas (steam), where a liquid partially partially reacted with gas (steam) is mixed, and a liquid with a concentration close to the initial one, and distribution partitions allow avoiding overlapping of additional continuous sections by liquid flows and ensure uniform distribution of liquid on the plate during operation at increased loads in the liquid phase, and the slots in the distribution partitions prevent the formation of stagnant zones behind the partitions. As a result of this, the driving force of the separation process at increased loads in the liquid phase increases1542560 and mass transfer proceeds more intensively on the perforated part of the plate.
