The load 7 is performed on a coil antenna and is intended to drive a pulse of a primary electromagnetic field, the spectral composition of which is determined by the spectral composition of the generated current. The inductance of a 20x20 mm generic loop antenna is L 1-3 mH. Устройство работает следующим образом .The device works as follows.
К9 где посредством сравнени с 2N опорными пилообразными напр жени ми (Uf,, , j , U.j , Un(,/| дл N 2) преобразуетс каждым модул тором в 2М-импульсньгх сигналов (например, V,., , V,.,j , V.., , V. ).The input signal U through the subtracting devices 1.1-1. K is fed to the inputs of the K 2K-channel pulse-width modulators 2.1-2.K9 where by comparison with the 2N reference sawtooth voltages (Uf ,, j, Uj, Un (, / | for N 2) is converted by each modulator into 2M-pulse signals (for example, V,.,, V,., j, V., .., V.).
As a result, K 2H-canadian pulse-width modulators realize the formation of 2G-width-modulated pulse sequences.
усилени формируетс суммарное импульсное напр жение (Vi и Va дл К 2, N 2).the gain is generated by the total impulse voltage (Vi and Va for K 2, N 2).
In each K th key gain group, ripples of the output current IK are significantly reduced (i {, i) by providing feedback on the output current of each key gain group, the maximum depth of which for N 2 is no less than 20-30 dB, which allows to achieve high identity of the output currents of individual key amplifiers, the deviation of which from the nominal value does not exceed 3-5%, thus achieving an equal distribution of the output power between the key amplifiers and, as a result, high reliability current generator.
The use of galvanically isolated power sources of each key amplifier also facilitates the parallel power addition of individual key gain groups, the second outputs of which can be directly connected to the second load bus, which does not cause additional loop currents between key gain groups, as is the case in the well-known device.
To parallel the key gain groups in the proposed device, it is enough to connect them
N 3-5.In particular, for i (Le) 10 A and L 1 mH, with Eo 150 V, ensuring the required frequency range LQ 5-10 kHz is achieved with N 3-5.
1,5.Achieving the required amplitude of the output current in the infra-low frequency range Ln 0-5 Hz QLn) 30-40 A, using high-power transistors with an allowable current 1 (A is provided by parallel connection K 3 .., 4 groups of key connection while maintaining a stock of transistors using current not less than 1.5.
Parallel connection of the key gain groups additionally leads to an increase in the ripple frequency of the output current by a factor of K, and ripple suppression is also performed by the inductance of the loop antenna. The use of the serial connection of key amplifiers included in the com plex of each key gain group allows the output of the generator device to be matched to the input of the loop antenna in a wider frequency range. In this case, the semiconductor devices of terminal cascades of key amplifiers are selected from the condition of ensuring maximum energy characteristics, and the frequency of their switching can be ensured
