Combustion products in the form of flue gas, containing solid suspended particles, forcibly (using smoke exhausters) move through the flue 8 and enter the chamber of 1 electrostatic precipitator, sequentially streaming the floor of 2-A electrodes. Between the corona and collecting electrodes of each field there is a high (on the order of 20-50 kV) voltage provided by the corresponding power units 5-7. The corona electrodes are injected, and electric charges are charged into the interelectrode space, which charge solid aerosol particles of the passing gas. Charged particles under the action of electrostatic field forces are transferred to the precipitation electrodes and deposited on them. The cleaned gas leaves chamber 1, having a small concentration (a few percent of the inlet) dust.
With an increase in the voltage and current of the electroplator pitann efd), the purity of gas purification increases (the output concentration decreases), but only until the known phenomenon of the reverse corona occurs, after which the current increase in the interelectrode space does not give a different effect ( Apart from the increased energy consumption, and in a number of cases, the gas cleaning efficiency is even reduced. Since the phenomenon of the return corona occurs with high-resistance dust having a temperature of 180-220 ° C, it can be eliminated by lowering this temperature In particular, by wet conditioning. Through nozzles 9, a liquid is injected into the flow of flue gas under pressure and is injected through a pressure pipe
10 through the feed controller 11.
In normal operation, the fluid is injected in a fine state. The size of its droplets is such that during the movement of gas in chamber 1, they manage to evaporate, taking away part of the heat from the mass of gas and thereby reducing its temperature to the required level of 120-160 ° C. In this mode, there is no signal at the output of the drop sensor and regulator

20.During operation, changes in the conditioning conditions are possible, such as those caused by a decrease in the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline, wear of the nozzles 9, or clogging of them. In this case, instead of finely dispersed liquid spraying large coils are formed, which do not evaporate and settle on the surface of the electrodes. Being chemically active due to the content of acids, liquid that has hit the surface of electrodes can, under high temperature conditions, lead to very rapid corrosion destruction of the electrodes. In the proposed device, this process is prevented as follows. Through the confuser of the active part 16 of the drop-forming sensors, the gas stream with the liquid drops contained in it enters the space between the electrodes 19 and 20.
Moving past the ends of the electrode, a drop of liquid briefly bridges them. And since it is an electrolyte solution and has good conductivity, an electric current occurs in the circuit formed by electrodes 19 and 20, wires 23 and 24, power supply 25, and current sensor 26. The latter is triggered and through the element OR 15 sends a signal to the fluid supply controller 11. The regulator stops feeding the 7Fluid and the dropping process stops. At the same time, a sound or light signal may be given to stop the wet conditioning process to eliminate the causes of failure by service personnel.
Поскольку эти датчики соединены с регул тором 11 подачи жидкости через элемент ИЛИ 15, достаточно попадани капли в один из них, чтобы прекратилс процесс мокрого кондиционировани .To more reliably detect the formation of droplets, several sensors are installed at different points in the cross section of the gas flow. Since these sensors are connected to the fluid supply controller 11 through the element OR 15, a drop in one of them is enough to stop the wet conditioning process.
