The invention relates to sewage, can be used for the biological treatment of wastewater, and is an improvement of the known installation in a. N 920005. The aim of the invention is to increase the utilization rate of the air supplied to the aeration tank. Sewage fluid, together with return sludge, is supplied through a pumping station 6 and pipelines 9 to aeration columns 2, in which it mixes with air. Air bubbles rise upward under the guides of the truncated cones 10, where they saturate the water, then leak through the slot under the inverted cup 11, forming an air cushion. Air leaks out from under the glass under the next cone. A system of guide cones with inverted cups serves to multiply the process of formation and crushing of air bubbles, i.e. longer phase contact and deep oxygen saturation of the liquid. 2 Il.

Р 920005.The invention relates to sewage, can be used for biological treatment of wastewater and is an improvement of the known installation described in ed. St. R 920005.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the ratio of the air supplied to the aerotank.
1.Fig. 1 shows a sewage oxidation installation, section, and general view; figure 2 - node I in figure 1.
11.The oxidation unit contains a gas tank 1 equipped with water jet aeration columns 2, a secondary settling tank 3 with a thin layer module 4 and a collecting tray 5 of clarified water, a pump station 6 for recycling activated sludge. Aerotank 1 and the distribution channel 7 of the secondary clarifier are connected through this opening 8. The pipeline for the original waste liquid and the distribution bowl provide liquid supply to the suction pipes of the pumps, not shown in the diagram. sludge to the aeration columns 2. On each aeration column 2 in the lower part, the truncated cones 10 are installed coaxially one above the other and the overhead tops are turned upside down 11 cups.
The installation works as follows.
The effluent after the gratings flows through a switchgear into the suction piping of the pumps of the pumping station 6 and then, together with the return sludge, is fed through conduit 9 to the aeration columns 2. In these, the treated slurry is mixed with air.
The exit from the aeration column, large air bubbles that did not have time to disperse inside the aeration column, rise and fall under the guide truncated cone 10 installed in the lower part of the column. Collecting under the cone, the bubbles saturate the water inside it, and also seep through the slot under the cup 11, where an air cushion is formed. When the thickness of the pillow exceeds the height of the side wall of the cap, air begins to leak out from under it and gets under the next guide cone located above

Описанный выше процесс повтор етс столько раз, сколько установлено направл юпщх конусов, так как происходит совместна работа нескольких водоструйных колонн в емкости аэротенка, существует турбулизаци циркул ции жидкости, котора вовлекает в свое движение сточную воду, наход щуюс под конусами, что также способствует интенсификации процессов массообмена, протекающих в зоне аэрации.perby The process described above is repeated as many times as the directional cones are installed, since several water-jet columns work together in an aerotank tank, there is a turbulization of fluid circulation, which draws into its movement the waste water under the cones, which also contributes to the intensification of processes mass transfer occurring in the aeration zone.
The mixture of activated sludge in the treated wastewater from the aero tank 1 person. The bottom hole 8 enters the distribution channel 7 of the secondary clarifier 3. The cleaned waste liquid, having passed the thin layer module 4, is collected by the collecting tray 5 of the clarified water and is discharged from the installation. Returnable activated sludge is collected by the pumps of the pumping station 6 from channel 7 and is again fed to the aeration tank through aeration columns.
Regardless of the aeration system and the air-flow rate, the proposed installation allows a significant increase in the utilization rate of air supplied to the aeration tank.
In a known installation, the treated liquid was aerated with a water-jet aeration column with a free flow of the water-air mixture in the aeration tank, therefore part of the air in the form of large and medium bubbles left the system not sufficiently dispersed.
A twofold increase in the proposed design of the air utilization ratio makes it possible to halve the energy consumption for dissolving oxygen and, as a consequence, reducing the cost of purification.
