Abstract
The invention relates to the granulation of melts and makes it possible to increase the yield of commodity granules. The cooling air is supplied to the lower part of the cavity of the tower 1 in the form of a vertically directed annular jet, located coaxially with the tower 1 in the falling zone of the insufficiently hardened granules. The annular walls 7 and 8 form an annular zone into which cooling air is supplied, which makes it possible to reduce the rate of falling of the granules and, accordingly, the kinetic energy of the granules below energy sufficient to destroy or deform the granules. The diameter of the inner annular wall 7 is equal to 75-80% of the diameter of the tower, the diameter of the outer annular wall 8 is equal to 85-90% of the diameter of the tower. In this case, the granules falling between the outer annular wall 8 and the wall of the tower 1 are removed and dissolved. 2 ill., 1 tab.

Example. When granulating nitrogen-containing fertilizer (carb; 1mida in granulation bai; not); jitcnepi melting is performed by centrifugal granulator 2. Melt droplets fall in the upstream air flow, are cooled and blessed by the polydisperse composition of the product are separated by. and the cross section of the tower 1. At the same time, the range of departure of the granules is proportional to the diameter of the granules, i.e. small granules fall closer to the axis of tower 1 than i pyniibie granules. The degree of solidification of the granule depends on the intensity of its cooling, the decisive factors, -1 and Jvvj roporo are the time of fall and the wetting of the mass of the granule to its surface. The falling time of the granule is proportional
Эта фракци собираетс на транспортерах 11 и удал етс на склад.(inversely proportional to) the vitality of the granule Cr T1 granules have less time in the cavity of Tower 1, and the ratio of their mass to the surface is greater than that of small granules. Therefore, the fine granules are sufficiently cooled and have gained the necessary strength to prevent the granules from breaking. They fall close to the axis of tower 1, and the distance B1; the necks of the granules with a diameter of less than 2.25 mm do not exceed 8.5 m. This fraction is collected on conveyors 11 and removed to the warehouse.

Urea granules with a diameter greater than 2.25 mm have a kinetic energy greater than the energy sufficient to destroy these granules when they hit the conveyors 11, due to insufficient hardening and reduced strength. In addition, carbamide granules with a diameter greater than 1.5 mm have shrink holes that reduce the strength of the granules, and the percentage of voids with a diameter of 2.75 mm reaches 28% of the volume of the granules. Pellets with a diameter greater than 2.25 mm fall into areas with an inner diameter of 17 m, which is 77% of the diameter of the tower. Pellets with a diameter greater than 3.0 mm have a reach of 10 m, and the speed and weight are so great that the impact of an annular vertically directed air stream is not enough to reduce the speed of fall to the maximum permissible, determined from the condition of non-destruction of the granule. Therefore, the boundaries of the zone of the annular jet are determined by the distance of discharged granules with diameters of 2.25 and 3.0 mm, which is the diameter of the inner annular wall 7, equal to 17 m or 77% of the diameter of the tower, and the diameter of the outer annular wall 8 equal to 20 m or 88 % diameter of the tower.
8.Pellets falling through a zone of a vertically directed annular jet, due to increased aerodynamic resistance:, the pulley; they lose their speed, which leads to a decrease in kinetic energy and decrease in the number of broken granules. Restricting the air speed in a vertically directed ring - 1 jet jet as well as the winding speed (7.5 m / s) of pellets with minimum diameters falling in its 30i: ef2.25 mm) ensures the prevention of Bi) i6po- with: and pellets with an air stream out of the zone, limit it by the fifth ring walls 7 and 8.

Запьшенный воздух удал етс на систему 3 пылеулавливани .The granules falling between the outer ring wall 8 and the wall of the tower 1 are removed for dissolution and then returned to the water. This is due to a gene that sufficiently reduces the kinetic energy of the granules by increasing {; and their aerodynamic protoplpsy in the feed zone vertically 1 aplv. The annular air stream is not enough to ensure the granules collapse when they hit the conveyors 11. The air in the zone bounded by the annular walls 7 II 8 is supplied by fans A through the i 5 air duct to cool the granules collected in the annular zone between 7 and 8. The air is removed to dust collection system 3.
The invention provides for the supply of cooling1 1, its air to the lower part of the tower, conical partitions cover not all, but part of the horizontal section of the tower, they are arranged in a horizontal plane and have different diameters smaller than the diameter of the tower. This makes it possible to separate the product in order to isolate the smallest fraction of granules, in which the strength achieved in the tower is not sufficient for non-destruction upon striking conveyors or other devices for collecting the product. Simultaneously with the release of this fraction, its kinetic energy of fall decreases due to the increased aerodynamic resistance of air in the area of the ring between the conical partitions. At the same time, the granules decrease in energy below the limit sufficient for destruction, and as a result the content of fragments of granules in the product decreases, which has a positive effect on the transportability and storage of granulated urea.
The table presents the comparative data of the known and proposed methods.
The table shows that the air supply in the form of a vertically directed annular inlet jet through a slit located on the periphery of the second (middle) annular zone provides an increased yield of marketable product (in the example at 1.1 t / h), some increase in the fraction 2- 3 mm. This is due to the fact that the second (middle) annular zone, represented in the device by the middle collector, is divided into two annular parts. In the outer of them serves cooling
The outer boundary of the cpi i of the annular zone is somewhat yuenii iuiKi (at 5% of the diameter of the tower) in terms of the circumference of the cpejuien zone. This provides an increase in the yield of a commodity product with a simultaneous decrease in its non-commodity part. The entire product from the second (middle) annular zone is fed to the after-cooling (for example, to the bale apparatus and (its layer).
