The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used, in particular, for remote measurement of geometric parameters and control of the position of an object in hard-to-reach areas, for testing and operating parts and assemblies of machines and mechanisms, as well as for remote control of objects in aggressive environments. .
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurement by eliminating ambiguity of aiming at the object plane.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a device implementing the method.
The device contains a backlight channel that includes a successively placed light source 1, an optical radiation modulator 2, 3 optical fiber harness for transmitting a backlight stream, an information channel including a beam-splitting element 4, optically coupled with an ocular 5 if photoreceiver 6 ,. information harness 7 of optical fibers, measuring grid 8, lens 9, lens position sensor 10, object positioning sensor 11 and computing unit 12, elements 1,2,3,5,7,9 and 12 form the actual endoscope itself. The method is carried out as follows.
13.The amplitude-modulated illumination radiation, formed by the source 1 of the light And the modulator 2 by means of a fiber bundle 3, is directed to the object 13.
Part of the light flux is perceived by the lens 9, which builds the image of the object 13 on the distal torus.

8.The fiber bundle 7. In the proximal end region, the beam splitting element 4 splits the radiation into two streams, one of which is perceived through the ocular p 5 by an operator estimating the dimensions of the object 13 according to the number of divisions of the measuring grid 8.
13.The other stream is directed to the photodetector 6, the electrical signal from the output of which is detected by the sensor 11 and fed to the input of the computational unit 12. The magnitude of this signal is related to the amount of flow perceived by the lens 9, and therefore depends on the distance D between the lens 9 and the object 13.
13.The sensor 10 generates an electrical signal at the output proportional to Q - the distance between the image plane and the endoscope objective 9. This signal is fed to the input of the computing unit 12, which calculates the scale M of the image using the formula M D / Q and calculates the true size of the object 13.
