П р и м е р 4. .EXAMPLE 4: Semi-liquid medium is poured into 20- to 25 ml Petri dishes and left for 1 h with closed circles of sterile paper to harden. Sowing of the material under study is made with cotton swabs of about 1 cm in size, which are immersed in the test suspension, and then transferred to the center of a Petri dish with nutrient medium. Incubation of crops is carried out at 37 ° C for 22-24 ° C. Parahemolytic vibrios form black macrcolonies with a diameter of 30-80 mm depending on their concentration. To identify microbial growth, the material from the fringes of the microorganism is subcultured onto generally accepted differential media. To reach each experiment, 6 microbial strains are taken. .

5 Table 1 shows the results of testing three nutrient options. The sensitivity of the proposed medium is higher than the known one. The growth of parahemolytic vibrios in semi-liquid medium can be detected when 10 cells are sown, and on a common dense medium without prior enrichment - when seeding more than 1000 cells. Table 2 shows the results of the study.
5 of the sensitivity of the known and proposed media when sowing parahemolytic vibrios.
Thus, the use of a semi-liquid nutrient medium significantly increases the sensitivity of bacteriological research aimed at detecting cases of intestinal diseases caused by parahemolytic vibrioes. This makes it possible to exclude the stage of preliminary enrichment of the material, thereby shortening the study period.
