When the diffraction grating 8 oscillates under the action of the actuator 9, through the entrance slit 10 successively passes the composition with different wavelengths in the range Aj, -D dats, specified by the range of angles of rotation of the diffraction lattice 8. The radiation transmitted through sample 6 is detected by the photoreceiver 11, amplified by amplifier 12 and reg is scanned in block 13, which is synchronized with the drive 9 of the diffraction grating 8. After This curve of the dependence of the transmission of radiation through sample 6 on the wavelength of the radiation and the loading cycle is repeated and a secondary measurement of the transmission is carried out in this way.
