Description
The invention relates to a glass fiber composition intended for the reinforcement of cement materials, and can be used in the building materials industry.
The aim of the invention is to increase alkali resistance.
Полученное стекловолокно имеет повышенную устойчивость к щелочному раствору цементной выт жки, соответствующему реальной среде твердеющего портландцементного камн .Glass was brewed in a direct-heating gas oven in corundum crucibles at 1500-120 ° C. From the glass obtained by spunbond from a platinum vessel, glass fibers with a diameter of 10–12 µm are extruded. The fiber drawing process is carried out without breakage at 1250-1300 s (viscosity 1 o -10 Pa-s). In the fiber glass process, no crystallization of the glass in the spinneret is observed. The obtained glass fiber has an increased resistance to alkaline cementing mortar solution, corresponding to the real environment of hardening portland cement stone.
In tab. 1 shows the specific formulations of glass dp making fiberglass.
In tab. 2 shows the properties of glass fiber glass of this composition.
The proposed glass compositions are more alkali-resistant, have large values of residual strength 1535-1550 Sha compared with a residual strength of the prototype equal to 1480 MPa and smaller values of the percentage reduction of diameter (2.0-2.2% compared to 2, 6% of the prototype).
