Through a glass vessel with a capacity of 10 liters with upper and lower tubes, equipped with bubblers made from a perforated glass tube, water is flowing through the Izhora River, which has the following physicochemical quality indicators: alkalinity 4.1 mEq / l, hardness 5 , 4 mg-eq / l, color 227 deg. CCI, turbidity 9.6 mg / l, oxidability 8.6 mg, iron content 1240 µg / l, silica content 6.9 mg / l, pH 7.85, temperature, with a flow rate of 30 l / h. A vapor – gas mixture from the drying part of the papermaking machine is passed through the bubbler and has quality indicators: relative humidity — suspended matter content — 5.6 mg / l, temperature 37 ° С, with a flow rate of 110 l / h. The ratio of the vapor-gas mixture is 3.7: 1. Coagulite - aluminum sulphate with a dose of 0.4 mEq / l and floc is added to the mixed water:. l nt - polyacrylamide with a dose of 0.8 mg / l, .. defend in a 30 liter tank. within 0.5 hours, the same indices are determined in the settled water as in the water before purification. The distilled water has an alkalinity of 2.6 MI-eq / l, a hardness of 4.9 mg-eq / l, a color of 18 degrees. HKSH, turbidity 0.7 mg / l, oxidability 1.7 mg, iron content 327 μg / l, silica content 3.1 mg / l, pH 6.05, temperature 15 C. PRI me R 3 ( known method). In a sump of 1 m in height and a volume of 10 l, 80 g of mineral mud are placed at the rate of 8 g / l, for which a mixture of filter-perlite and crushed quartz sand is used at a ratio of 1: 1. The quality is similar to the example and the temperature is 15 ° C. During the period of filling of the settling tank, coagulite - sulfuric acid alumina with a dose of 0.4 mEq / l and flocculant-polyacrylamide with a dose of 0.8 mg / l are added to the water. After 30 min, the physicochemical quality indicators of the clarified part of the solution are determined, which are: alkalinity 2.4 mEq / L, hardness 5.7 mg eq / L, color 23 degrees, CIN, turbidity 1.7 mg / l, oxidability 2.6mg, iron content 534 µg / l silica content 5.3 mg / l, pH 6.0, temperature 16 ° С.
Comparative data on the cleaning proposed and known methods are shown in the table.
