Abstract
% CO2. 1 з.п. The invention relates to the production of scavengers for the purification of gases from sulfur compounds, and can be used in the chemical and petrochemical industries and allows an increase in the activity of the sorbent. In the method of obtaining a sorbent for purifying gases from sulfur compounds, including mixing zinc oxide with alumina and aqueous ammonia containing carbon dioxide, forming granules, drying and calcining them, the mixing step is carried out in two stages: initially 2.5-15 wt. The% zinc oxide is ground with the addition of aluminum oxide in an aqueous solution of ammonia containing CO 2 , and then the resulting suspension is mixed with an aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose and the remaining amount of zinc oxide until the content of AL 2 O 3 is 10.0-15.0 wt.% by door extrusion molding at a mass ratio of zinc oxide and aluminum: carboxymethylcellulose 1: 0.001-0.005. Used ammonia-carbonate solution contains 0.7-2.0 wt. % CO 2 . 1 hp f-ly, 3 tab.

1.Comparative characteristics of the absorber samples are presented in table. one.
С выходом за предлагаемые интервалы (примеры 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13) наблюдаетс снижение активности поглотител .From the analysis of table. 1, it follows that in the proposed process intervals (examples 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, 12) the activity of the scavenger increases. With a departure for the proposed intervals (examples 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13), a decrease in the activity of the scavenger is observed.
Absorber samples were tested for activity in a laboratory setup in accordance with Spec. 6-03-31-1-73. For the tests, a fraction of 0.08–2 mm in an amount of 2 cm was taken, which was used for 250 minutes in a laboratory setup on a model gas mixture (H + QJ vol.% Ethyl mercaptap) at 370 ° C and a volumetric rate of 5000 4 Activity was estimated as the proportion of ethylene mercaptan that reacted with the formation of hydrocarbons in relation to the amount initially taken.
From tab. 2 it follows that the absorber obtained by the proposed method has a higher porosity and grayness.
о/о.From the data given in table. 3, it can be seen that the content of COj in the ammonium carbonate solution substantially affects the mechanical strength of the absorber granules. The optimum content is COj, 0.7-2.0 mue. O / o.
