Description

The known methods for obtaining the dynamic characteristics of the watch regulators and the device for controlling the parameters of the watch movement do not allow to automate the complex measurement process and more fully explore the operation of the watch mechanisms.

The proposed method differs from the known ones in that a clock with a fully wound spring and stopped balance is placed on a piezo microphone, after which the balance is released and the measurement is made in the period of time in which the amplitude of the balance reaches a stationary value. This makes it possible to automate the process of obtaining dynamic characteristics.

For the implementation of method 1, a device is used in which a piezomicrophone sensor is used to send parallel measurement pulses to a device for monitoring the daily course and amplitude meter, as well as an oscilloscope, to the vertical and horizontal deflecting plates of which, respectively, pulses are received, which are proportional to the daily course and amplitude.

The drawing is a schematic diagram of the device.

The test clock is set on the microphone. Signals excited by the sound of the clock, with the help of a microphone, are simultaneously applied to the device 2 for measuring the instantaneous daily rate and to the device-amplitude meter 3, the output of which produces a voltage U proportional to the daily rate of 1 sec and a voltage Uz which is proportional the magnitude of the oscillation amplitude in degrees. The voltage Ls is applied to the horizontal deflection plates of the cathode oscilloscope 4. The screen of the latter has a long afterglow and is graduated in seconds of the daily variation and degrees of oscillation amplitude.

When changing the amplitudes of balance oscillations, the oscilloscope displays the dependence of the daily course of the clock (w) and the amplitude of oscillations (F). This dependence is obtained as follows.
