Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области металлургии , в частности, к составу конструкционной легированной стали с повышенными характеристиками прокаливаемости, усталостной прочности, сопротивл емости изнашиванию и ударным нагрузкам, используемым дл изготовлени тарелок букс, зубчатых колес, шестеренных валов, кулачковых муфт, штампов и распылителей. Цель изобретени - повышение предела прочности, усталостной прочности, теплопрочности, твердости, в зкости разрушени , прокаливаемости, износостойкости, упругопластических свойств при температурах до 850°С, эксплуатационной стойкости стали. Сталь дополнительно содержит вольфрам, карбонитриды циркони , теллур и магний при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: углерод 0,32-0,45, кремний 1,15-2,15, марганец 0,15-0,75, титан 0,15-0,52, нитриды ниоби 0,03-0,23, алюминий 0,02-0,07, бор 0,003-0,07, кальций 0,03-0,07, барий 0,002-0,006, вольфрам 0,26-0,93, карбонитриды циркони 0,18-0,37, теллур 0,003-0,008, магний 0,008-0,016, железо - остальное. 2 табл.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the composition of structural alloyed steel with enhanced characteristics of hardenability, fatigue strength, resistance to wear and impact loads used to manufacture axle boxes, gears, gear shafts, cam couplings, dies and sprays.
