Предлагаемый станок в отличие от известных снабжен центрирующими подпружиненными штоками, один из которых взаимосв зан через коленчатый толкатель с эксцентриком вращени , с помощью которого изделие входит в оправку с обоймой. Оправка снабжена щелью, в которой помещена фреза дл  сн ти  грата. Такое устройство станка позвол ет удал ть грат с изделий, имеющих форму тел вращени .The proposed machine, in contrast to the known ones, is provided with centering spring-loaded rods, one of which is interconnected through a crank pusher with an eccentric of rotation, with which the product enters the mandrel with the yoke. Изделие 1, подлежащее зачистке, закрепл етс  между двум  центрирующими подпружиненными щтоками 2 и 5. Один из щтоков 2 взаимосв зан через коленчатый толкатель 4 с эксцентриком 5 вращени . При соответствующем положении эксцентрика изделие подаетс  в оправку 6 с обоймой 7, снабженной щелью 8, в которую входит режуща  часть фасонной желобковой фрезы 9.
