Abstract
Стенд для испытания криогенных насосов, содержащий расходную емкость с системой газового наддува, связанную с входом испытуемого насоса, нагружающее устройство и испаритель, установленные в напорной гидролинии испытуемого насоса, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения экономичности проведения испытаний путем более полного использования энергии рабочей среды, стенд снабжен устройством энергоразделения газовой фазы и двумя вспомогательными емкостями, устройство энергоразделения газовой фазы подключено к одному из выходов испарителя и сообщено своим выходом с первой вспомогательной емкостью, а другим выходом - с системой наддува расходной емкости, при этом нагрузочное устройство и испаритель установлены в напорной гидролинии последовательно, причем испаритель сообщен другим своим выходом с второй вспомогательной емкостью.Test bench for cryogenic pumps containing a supply tank with a gas pressurization system connected to the inlet of the test pump, a loading device and an evaporator installed in the pressure hydraulic line of the test pump, characterized in that, in order to improve the efficiency of testing by more fully using the energy of the working medium , the stand is equipped with a gas phase energy separation device and two auxiliary tanks, the gas phase energy separation device is connected to one of the outlets to evaporate I and reported its output with the first auxiliary tank, and by other output - with the system pressurization supply container, wherein the load device and an evaporator installed in the pressure line sequentially, wherein the evaporator communicates at its other output with the second auxiliary capacitance.
