The invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in the design of blocks of electronic equipment.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by reducing the vibration loads on the printed circuit boards included in the unit.
FIG. 1 shows a radio-electronic unit with two printed circuit boards, a general view5 of FIG. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 - radio electronic unit with three printed circuit boards.
The electronic unit contains printed circuit boards 1–3 parallel to each other with electronic radio-electronic elements 4 and a damping unit made in the form of rods in the form of strips 5 and 6, for example, of fiberglass, placed in coaxial channels 7–9, respectively State 1-3 can be moved in channels with the formation of dry friction pairs, while channels 7 and 8 of the extreme friction in the row of boards 1 and 3 are made deaf.
The longitudinal geometrical axes of channels 7-9 are oriented parallel to each other and relative to one of the ends of the corresponding printed circuit boards 1-3, which can be made multi-layered, and in the latter case, channels 7-9 are located between layers 10 and 11 of printed circuit boards
1 и 2).When assembling the electronic unit from the three boards, the strips 6 are placed in the channels 7-9 of the boards 1-3 (FIG. 3). When assembling a block of two boards, strip 5 is placed in channels 7 and 9 of boards 1 and 3 (Figs. 1 and 2).
When exposed to vibration in a wide range of frequencies, in the plates 1-3 of the electronic unit, various forms of flexural resonant oscillations are excited. The deflections of the boards during oscillations cause mutual displacement with friction of the bands 5 and 6 in channels 7–9. The friction forces of bands 5 and 6 are held in channels 7–9 of the boards and prevent the development of vibrations. Energy dissipation occurs during deformations of the bands and their friction along the surfaces of the channels of the plates. In this case, each of the plates prevents the development of oscillations and, together with lanes 5 and 6, plays the role of attached dampers to each other and mutual obstacles.
Днища глухих каналов 7 и 9 преп тствуют выпаданию полос 5 и 6 при вибрации .The development of resonant frequencies across the bands in the channels. The detuning effect of the resonant frequencies can be increased, for example, by installing circuit boards that differ from each other in rigidity (thickness, dimensions) or mass. The bottoms of the deaf channels 7 and 9 prevent the strips 5 and 6 from falling out during vibration.
Вьтолнением полос 5 и 6 из стеклопластика , обладающего высокими демпфирующими свойствами и коэффициентами трени при хорошей упругости, обеспечиваетс посто нный ко нтакт по поверхност м полос 5 и 6 и каналов 7-9 плат, их взаимодействие с трением при вибрации и увеличение демпфировани .The implementation of bands 5 and 6 made of fiberglass, which has high damping properties and friction coefficients with good elasticity, provides a constant contact on the surfaces of bands 5 and 6 and channels 7–9 of the boards, their interaction with vibration friction and an increase in damping.
Так как полосы равномерно расположены по плате, то при любых формах изгибных резонансных колебани х плат (как низших, так и высших) они включаютс в работу, рассеивают колебательную энергию, тем самым расшир етс частотный диапазон демпфировани , уменьшаютс вибрационные нагрузки на плату и элементы, повьша- етс надежность при динамических нагрузках .Since the bands are evenly distributed on the board, then for any forms of flexural resonant oscillations of the boards (both lower and higher) they enter into operation, dissipate the vibrational energy, thereby expanding the frequency range of the damping, reducing the vibration loads on the board and elements, reliability increases with dynamic loads.
The implementation in PCBs of channels parallel to each other and the ends of printed circuit boards, and the placement of rods in them in the form of strips of fiberglass with the possibility of moving and the formation of dry friction pairs makes it possible to increase the reliability of the radio electronic unit.
