The invention relates to hydraulics and can be used in the hydraulic systems of aircraft and industrial robots.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency and speed.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram of an electro-hydraulic amplifier; in fig. 2 - the characteristic of a vortex element.
The amplifier contains a power source 1, a distributor 2 with spring-loaded springs 3, 4, a spool 5 and cavities 6, 7 controls, a nozzle-damper element, counter-mounted and separated by a damper 8 nozzles 9, 10 of which are placed in the chamber 11, as well as balanced chokes made in the form of vortex elements 12, 13. Chamber 11 is connected to a power source I, and nozzles 9, 10. are connected to control channels 14, 15 elements 12, 13, whose power channels 16, 17 are connected to cavities 6, 7 , and output channels 18, 19 - with a sink.
Electro-hydraulic amplifier works as follows.
2.At the neutral position of the shutter 8, the flow of working fluid from the power source 1 enters the chamber AND and is symmetrically divided between the nozzles 9, 10. The pressure drop in cavities 6, 7 is zero and the spool 5 is stationary, the power consumption of elements 12, 13 is zero, corresponds to the point “and in FIG. 2
2.When deflecting the valve 8, for example, to the right, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 1, the balance is disturbed. The nozzle 9 opens wider, the pressure in the channel 14 increases, and the pressure Pn, which acts from the cavity 6 to the end of the spool 5, also increases, but to a lesser extent. The valve 5 moves to the right (according to the drawing) at a rate determined by the flow rate Qy. For the vortex element 12, this mode of operation is inverse and is characterized by a dot "ai in fig. 2
2.At the same time, the nozzle 10 is covered and the pressure P ,, 2 in the channel 15 drops, the vortex element 13 is unlocked, the pressure P 2 2 in the cavity 7 decreases accordingly. In feed channel 17, a flow rate Q ,, occurs. The mode of operation of the vortex element 13 is determined by the point "A2 in FIG. 2

Thus, a pressure drop P ,, i-P 2 in the cavities 6, 7 occurs at the ends of spool 5, which determines the new position of spool 5 in accordance with the force of the springs 3, 4, which perform the functions of internal feedback.
As the spool 5 moves, the flow rate Q ,, decreases and becomes equal to zero when the spool is stationary 5. The operating mode of both vortex elements 12, 13 is again characterized by the same point. 2, but accompanied by different pressures P "and P" -2 and the valve 8 is in a deflected position.
Расход Qy, возникающий в момент отклонени заслонки 8 от нейтрального положени , характеризует быстродействие управл ющего каскада (чем он больше, тем выше быстродействие).The flow rate Qy, which occurs at the moment when the shutter 8 deviates from the neutral position, characterizes the speed of the control stage (the higher it is, the higher the speed).
When the diameter of the nozzles 9, 10 is 0.5 mm, the maximum deviation of the valve 8 is ± 0.1 mm, and the diameter of the output channel 18 (19) of the vortex element is 1 mm, the flow rate Q is controlled in a cascade with vortex elements 13, 14, with large deviations of the valve 8, is 1.5–2 times higher than the flow rate Q, schemes with constant balanced throttles.
При этом внешние утечки рабочей среды и, следовательно, энергии минимальны, так как определ ютс самым малым из расходов каждого вихревого элемента - расходом в канале управлени .At the same time, external leaks of the working environment and, consequently, energy are minimal, since they are determined by the smallest of the flow rates of each vortex element — flow rate in the control channel.
