The drawing shows the proposed plant for wastewater ozonation.
The installation consists of an ozone generator 1, a pump 2, an ejector-mixer 3, a disperser 4, a housing 5, a grating 6 located in the lower part of the housing, a cylindrical channel 7, made with a conical bottom 8, located upside and passing in the center housing, provided in its lower part with round windows- 9 made in two rows. The diameters of the windows located in the upper row are smaller than in the lower one. The nozzle 10 is placed on the grids 6. The cutter 11 is located in the upper part of the housing 5. The circulation pipe 12 communicates the upper part of the housing with the pump 2. The fittings 13, 16 are designed to remove the cleaned liquid, respectively. water waste gas mixture, removal of sorbate and the regeneration of the nozzle with live steam.
..Installation, works as follows.
жидкость идут по ка- налу 7 с избыточным давлением 0,05 МПа, необходимым дл лучшего растворени озона и придани потоку большей скорости движени .The liquid is pumped into the ejector-mixer 3, where it is intensively mixed with ozone coming from the ozone generator 1, then it goes into the dispersant 4, where bubbles of ozone-containing gas are adjusted to a size that does not exceed the pore size of the filter loading. Then the liquid containing ozone in the form of the smallest bubbles enters the cylindrical channel 7, where active oxidation and partial decomposition of organic pollutants and oil-containing compounds occur. Some of the contaminants are destroyed by direct exposure to ozone and appear in the form of floated particles. The ozonization-free air mixture and the liquid flow through channel 7 with an overpressure of 0.05 MPa, which is necessary for the better dissolution of ozone and to give the flow a greater speed of movement.
In the lower part of the channel, as the gas-liquid emulsion passes through the upper windows 9, a separation takes place, i.e. the separation of gas bubbles from the liquid and the gas goes into the upper windows, due to the fact that its specific weight is much less than the specific weight of the liquid, and the liquid continues its movement down through the channel, as it has a greater density, mass and, accordingly, kinetic energy. Going out into the upper windows, the ozone-air mixture rushes upward onto the nozzle, and the waste liquid, the loss of compressed gas into energy, sharply loses speed, hits the conical bottom 8 and exits through the lower window 9. Due to an abrupt change in velocity In the lower part of the channel of impact on the conical bottom B and the change in the direction of motion, the largest emulsified particles of organic pollutants, as well as oil products previously oxidized in the disperser and cylindrical channel, are preliminary separated. The largest particles that settle on the conical bottom of the housing 8 are discharged through the fitting 15. For this reason, fewer contaminants enter the nozzle.
After partial separation of the contaminants, the liquid enters the nozzle 10 from the bottom upwards with a coil. When supplying waste liquid with an ozone-containing gas from the bottom up, adsorption on the nozzle occurs more intensively, since the load is unevenly distributed in the opposite direction of the liquid; due to the fact that the liquid goes along the walls and the gas tends to the middle. After passing through the nozzle 10, the waste liquid is finally purified from organic pollutants and oil-containing compounds. At the packing, the oxidation process is completed, and the fine fractions of the floated particles and the emulsified oil products are adsorbed. The cleaned seat is removed from the plant through nozzle 13. To increase the filter cycle, the nozzle is periodically regenerated with live steam from top to bottom with open valves at nozzles 15 and 16, and the sorbate is withdrawn from the body through nozzle 15, the exhaust gas mixture is withdrawn from the case through nozzle 14 and fed decomposition.
Thus, the use of the proposed device allows to increase the electric motorcycle due to the fact that a cylindrical channel with a conical bottom is made in the lower part with round windows in two rows, which leads to the preliminary separation of contaminants before the liquid is supplied to the nozzle.
