Description
The invention relates to the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products and can be used in the manufacture of products with increased requirements to the quality of the front surface, strength and density of concrete, in particular facing tiles.
The purpose of the invention is improved frost resistance and reduced water absorption.
The method is carried out as follows.
Samples are made - cubes of 10x10x10 cm in size from 1: 1p5 concrete (cement: sand). Cement grade 500. Prepared dry concrete mix will be placed in an airtight form, in the lower part of which a piston will be moved, which is predominantly vibrated and can be swept away from the creation of a pull. In the upper part of the form set
4perforated bottom camera. The loose concrete mix is evacuated at a pressure of 0.001 MPa for 3 minutes, compressed by vibrating at a standard setting and a load of 0.025 Mlla for 5 minutes with continued vacuuming. Then, evacuation is stopped, and vibrations are carried out and, while the load is kept at atmospheric pressure, an aqueous solution of polyethylene polyamine is introduced into the chamber. A solution of polyethylene-polyamine is prepared using water subjected to preliminary vacuum deaeration. At the end of the water saturation of the dry concrete mix, the samples are removed from the mold and placed in a bath with an aqueous solution of epoxy resin DEG-1 for three days so that the cubes are fully immersed in the solution. Then the samples are removed4

The parameters of ICH treatment and the properties of concrete are given in the table.
Alternatively, it is possible to prepare a dry concrete mix, laying it into a mold having perforations for removing the air displaced from the mixture and supplying water. In this case, the product manufacturing technology is carried out without the operation of vacuuming the mixture.
0,05 - 1,00%.Water intended to saturate the dry concrete mix is preliminarily deaerated by any known method: boiling, evacuating, etc. Polyethylene polyamine is dissolved in water to a concentration of 0.05-1.00%.
Aqueous solution of polyethylene polyamine saturates the dry concrete mix, fixed in the mold. Upon contact with the water, the hydration process begins. The addition of polyethylene-polyamine intensifies hydration processes, increases the degree of cement hydration, increasing the density and strength of concrete. This is the positive effect of the addition of polyethylene polyamine as an initiator of concrete hardening processes. In this case, partly polyethylene polyamine is bound to the clinker material in the neoplasm, and partially remains in the pore fluid of the concrete.
In a separate container, an aqueous solution of a water-soluble epoxy resin, for example, DEG-1 or TEG-1, with a concentration of 0.5-10.0%, is primed. The concentration of epoxy resin is chosen so that the ratio of polyethylene-polyamine: epoxy resin is 1: (8-12). The aqueous solution in the tank can be at a temperature

At the end of the process, the product is disassembled and placed in a container with an aqueous solution of water.

Therefore, due to the appearance of a pressure gradient, an aqueous solution of epoxy resin enters the surface layers of the concrete of the product. It is possible to create an overpressure in the tank in order to accelerate the process of solution entering into the interior of the product. In the pores of the surface layers of the product, a reaction takes place between the epoxy resin and the hardener (polyethylene polyamine), which remains in the pore fluid. The resin cures in the pores and capillaries, it is the face of the product (or all surface layers) that is sealed and strengthened, where it is necessary to improve the performance characteristics of the product. In order to speed up the curing process, curing of products can be carried out in a hot epoxy resin solution.
При использовании предлагаемого способа обеспечиваетс длительна сохранность растворов составл ющих (смолы и отвердител ), поскольку их взаимодействие осуществл етс лишь в порах бетона; расход смолы экономически целесообразен, так как она реализуетс только дл пропитки поверхностных слоев издели ; использование полиэтиленполиамина, кроме пр мого назначени (отверждани смолы ) , ускор ет структурообразование бетона, увеличивает его плотность и прочность во всем объеме издели .When using the proposed method, long-term preservation of the constituent solutions (resin and hardener) is ensured, since their interaction takes place only in the pores of the concrete; resin consumption is economically feasible, as it is implemented only for impregnating the surface layers of the product; The use of polyethylene polyamine, in addition to its direct purpose (curing of the resin), accelerates the structuring of concrete, increases its density and strength in the entire volume of the product.
