Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to the technology of cleaning dusty gases from SO 2 used in the metallurgical, chemical, and energy sectors of the industry and allows us to simplify the process and also to obtain sodium sulfate without admixtures of other salts in the solid phase. The gas containing dust and SO 2 is treated with an aqueous solution of sodium salts at 70-80 ° C. The aqueous solution is the effluent from the purification of solutions formed during the precipitation of the cobalt concentrate of the carbonate cobalt production limit. The solution contains the following ingredients, wt.%: NA 2 CO 3 - 1, NA 2 SO 4 - 4-9, NA CL - 4-8, water - the rest. The total salt content in the solution is 13-14 wt.%. After treatment of the gases, the spent solution is fed to the separation of solids containing trapped dust and NA 2 SO 4 . The degree of dust removal 99.5%, from SO 2 98.0%. The solid phase is used in the metallurgical industry at the slag depletion stage. 1 hp f-ly, 1 tab.

П р и м е. 98,0%PRI m er.r. 1000 m of gas containing 10 g / m of dust and 0.6% by volume of sulfurous anhydride with a temperature of 250 ° C are sent for purification to an absorber, which also serves 2830 kg of an alkaline-saline solution (cobalt production carbonate effluent solutions from ions of CO and Ni after deposition of Co (OH) e with content,%: Na2S04 9, NaCl 4, 1). Sorbent consumption 0.1 m / kg SO / J. Absorption occurs at a pH of 2.5 and a temperature of 75 ° C for 20 minutes. Drinking containing transition metal ions contributes to the catalytic oxidation of 50. The degree of gas purification from dust is 99.5%, from sulfur dioxide 98.0%

с суспензию в количестве 1717 кг (в том числе 10 кг пыли, 292,62 кг сульфата натри и 113,2 кг хлорида натри ) направл ют в отстойник, где охлаждают до 25 С„ При этом в твердую фазу переходит 108 кг МО .The suspension in the amount of 1717 kg (including 10 kg of dust, 292.62 kg of sodium sulfate and 113.2 kg of sodium chloride) is sent to a sump where it is cooled to 25 ° C. At the same time, 108 kg of MO are transferred to the solid phase.
Together with 9.9 kg of captured precipitate, precipitated sodium sulphate is sent for processing to metallurgical production (to the stage of depletion of slags during smelting of nickel raw materials for additional extraction of cobalt). The solution is returned to the absorption stage.
В таблице приведены примеры ведени процесса очистки при других значени х параметров, концентраций и температур Как видно из таблицы, ведение процесса при температуре ниже 70°С с содержанием в растворе солей натри менее 3% и соотношении концентраций Na2S04/NaCl менее 0,5 приводит либо к замедлению процессов окислени и абсорбции, либо к невозможности селективного перевода сульфата натри в твердую фазу и его утилизации , либо к образованию ненасыщенных растворов и необходимости их доупаривани .The table shows examples of conducting the purification process at other values of parameters, concentrations and temperatures As can be seen from the table, conducting the process at temperatures below 70 ° C with a content of less than 3% sodium salts in the solution and the ratio of Na2S04 / NaCl concentrations less than 0.5 results in either to slow down the processes of oxidation and absorption, or to the impossibility of selectively transferring sodium sulfate into the solid phase and its utilization, or to the formation of unsaturated solutions and the need for their additional evaporation.
Conducting a process using solutions with a sodium salt content of more than 14% and a ratio of Na SO / NaCl concentrations of more than 2.25 results, due to an increase in the concentration of NaiS04, to a strong slowdown in the oxidation processes and absorption of S0j, -a in a number of cases also to the formation
ненасыщенных растворов, требующих до- упарки.unsaturated solutions that require additional evaporation.
