Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества целевого продукта и снижение расхода солюбилизирующего агента. Это достигаетс тем, что солюбилизацию фосфолипидов, например лецитина, провод т при 18-40°С смесью, состо щей из лаурилсульфата натри , глюкозы и карбамида при их массовом соотношении 1:(0,002-0,900): (0,001-0,086). Лаурилсульфат натри используют предпочтительно в оксиэтилированной форме. Содержание фосфолипидов в концентратах до 50 мас.% Концентраты образуют прозрачные водные растворы, сохран ющие свои свойства в течении 30 сут. при T 18-20°С. 1 з.п. ф-лы.The invention relates to the oil and fat industry and can be used in the cosmetic industry.
