This invention relates to electrical measuring technology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of determining the properties of the insulation. The frequency at which the active resistance becomes equal to the ohmic resistance is determined. The tangent of the total loss angle and the capacitance of the insulation are measured at this frequency or greater. According to the formulas given in the description, the active resistance to absorption current, absorption capacity, tangent of absorption angle, tangent of angles of dielectric and ohmic losses are determined. The properties of low-frequency polarizations are judged by the values of the absorption capacity, the active resistance to the absorption current and the tangent of the absorption angle. Dielectric properties are judged by the value of the tangent of dielectric loss angle. The conductive properties of the insulation are judged by the magnitude of the tangent of the ohmic loss angle. Improving the reliability of determining the properties of the insulation is provided by separately determining the parameters of low-frequency polarizations and end-to-end leakage. 3 il.

The method is based on the established fact of the development of low-frequency polarizations in the electrical installation isolation on various technological and operational defects. As a result, this process fundamentally changes the properties and characteristics of the insulation of an electrical installation, namely

е. Cus(f) Cr, a Ceffc(f) 0. Геомет- рическа емкость С Р изол ции электроустановки на промышленной частоте определ етс свойствами материалов изол ции , а также геометрией токове- дущих жил и электродов и не зависитto significant (several orders of) non-equivalence of ohmic and active resistance values at an industrial frequency, a 3-4-fold increase in capacitance, non-linearity of isolation parameters from frequency and voltage, to a huge increase in the tangent of total loss (up to 10 or more) and .d Significant and permanent losses in electrical insulation of an electrical installation - these are essentially losses from electrical conductivity of defect fillers - lead to deterioration of the insulation state (temperature rises above the temperature index of the insulation material), the ability to accumulate volume charge on defects degrades the characteristics of automatic compensators. capacitive leakage current and precisely low-frequency polarization determine the dielectric properties of the insulation, which are most fully and adequately determined by the values of the tan tangent of absorption tg f and tangent of angle tg c / dielectric losses. Thus, low-frequency polarizations are the second (and in many cases the main) cause of the deterioration of the properties and quality of the insulation of an electrical installation (the first is a through leakage, which is characterized by the values of the ohmic resistance of the Roy and the tangent of the angle tg of ohmic losses). At frequencies of several hundred Hertz, the low-frequency polarizations in the insulation of an electrical installation practically fade out, which leads to the equivalence of the values of R ohm and (Fig. 2). The capacitance of Cy3 insulation at a frequency of several hundred Hertz takes a constant value and does not depend on the frequency in the future; therefore, its value is taken as C g at an industrial frequency (for example, 50 Hz), i.e. Cus (f) Cr, a Ceffc (f) 0. The geometrical capacitance C P of an electrical installation at an industrial frequency is determined by the properties of the insulation materials, as well as the geometry of the current-carrying veins and electrodes, and is not dependent on
д.from the mechanisms of low-frequency polarizations, and the magnitude of the active resistance RM3 (f) is determined only by the conductive properties of the insulation of the electrical installation, i.e. through leaks, conductive bridges, etc.
The dependencies in FIG. 1 Bottom confirms that at a frequency of 1000 Hz

За и фиг.36 прин ты следующие обозначени :At a frequency of f i 1000 Hz, the electrical installation insulation parameters are linear (Рнэ (Ј) and Ци (Ј) do not depend on voltage).
