The apparatus consists (Fig. 1) of a cylindrical body 1, covers 2 and 3, horizontal partitions 4 and 5, which divide in height the internal cavity of the chamber 6-8. A separator (pipe) 9 for the removal of steam, a central pipe 10 and a cylinder 11 are installed coaxially in the separator. They have sockets in their upper part respectively 12 and 13. Partitions 4 are welded to the lower end of the central pipe 10 and 5. A swirler 14 is installed in the chamber 7 on the pipe 10, to the bottom of which there is an adjoining socket 13. A swirler window 1 5 provides tangential entry of steam into the annular channel 16. The windows 17 serve to pass steam into the channel 18. In the chamber 8, a pipe 9 is installed chipper 19, which is adjacent to the bottom r An odor trap 20 having windows with tangential guides 21 and windows for the passage of trapped liquid 22. 30.the chamber 6 into the chamber 7 is carried out through tangential nozzles 27 and 28 connected by a pipe 29. From the chamber 7 a mixture of solutions is discharged through the nozzle 30.
The device works as follows.
Part of the solution to be processed is fed into the separator chamber 6 through the tangential nozzle 25, it acquires a rotational motion and, out of the trough, the film flows down to the discharge nozzle 27.,, The latter is also installed tangentially with respect to the cylindrical part of the body, which ensures minimal the hydraulic losses due to the flow of the cooled solution through the pipeline (roll) 29 from the chamber to the chamber 7. Since the pressure in chamber 6 is about 0.15 bar, the solution boils and is cooled to a temperature that corresponding to this pressure. Steam containing a certain amount of droplets rises upward and a socket 12 mounted on the central tube 10 is thrown against the wall of the apparatus. By changing the direction of motion and the resulting centrifugal forces, the steam is partially cleared of droplets and directed through the annular channel 18 to the chamber 8, where with the aid of the baffle 19 and the swirler consisting of a hydraulic seal 20 having windows with tangential guides 21 finally it is cleaned from the liquid phase and directed to the further processing via the steam outlet pipe 9. The second part of the heated solution enters the chamber 7 through the tangential nozzle 26, which passes into the open groove, acquires a rotational motion and, coming out of the groove, flows down the film to the discharge nozzle of the AO.Patru
Здесь же в камере 7 раствор, перетекающий из камеры 6, смешиваетс с раствором, поступившим по патрубку 26, температура которого в камере 7 ниже, чем в камере 6 и смесь по патрубку 30 ((как и 28 установлен тангенциально, направление указано на фиг.2) транспортируетс на дальнейшую переработку .side 30 is also set tangentially with respect to the body of the apparatus. The pressure in the chamber is 0.10 atm, which boils and cools the superheated solution. Here, in the chamber 7, the solution overflowing from the chamber 6 is mixed with the solution supplied through the nozzle 26, the temperature of which in the chamber 7 is lower than in the chamber 6 and the mixture through the nozzle 30 ((as 28 is set tangentially, the direction is indicated in FIG. 2) transported for further processing.
Пос-The vapor formed during cooling rises upward, by the socket 13, is thrown to the periphery, which facilitates cleaning it from droplets and through the windows 15 the swirler 14 enters the annular channel 16. Here, due to rotation, the steam is again cleaned from the liquid and through the windows 17 enters into the annular channel 18. The liquid separated in the swirler 14, through the channel, the image of the central tube 10 and the cylinder 11 flows down and is removed from the apparatus through the branch pipe 30. In chamber 8, by installing a baffle 19, a hydraulic seal 20 in which there are windows with guides 2 1, the steam is finally cleaned of liquid droplets and directed through line 9 to the consumer. The liquid from chamber 8 is removed through the pipe 23, the upper end of which is located at the level of the upper cut-off of the windows 22. After-
