Abstract
The invention relates to the mining industry and is intended to reduce the differential pressure at the bottom of a well. The goal is to increase the safety of tripping operations. To do this, a reamer 8 is installed above the overhead sub 2 with an axial channel 3. The outer diameters of the rock cutting tool 1 and sub (P) 2 are equal and are 0.9-0.95 of the diameter of the expander 8. A jet pump is placed in the case 5 ) and channels 10 and 11, communicating with the cavities of the vacuum and injection of CH. The cavity of the injection of CH through calibrated grooves (KP) made in P 2, the bottomhole zone and channels 13.3 and 10 in the tool 1, P 2 and the housing 5 is connected with the vacuum cavity of the CH. The wellbore is formed by an expander 8, having a diameter of 20-30 mm larger than that of tool 1 and П 2. As a result, cases of sticking are excluded when carrying out tripping operations. When the fluid moves from the nozzle 7 into the working chamber 6 CH from the surface of the bottom, along with the suction fluid, the drilled rock is also carried away through the channels 13, 3 and 10. A part of the drilling fluid with drilling cuttings washes the working elements of the expander 8 and is brought to the surface, while another part returns to the bottom wash through the KP. Since the CPs are hydraulic resistances to the passage of fluid, then at the bottom of the tool 1, less pressure is constantly maintained than in the annular space 12, i.e. reduced differential pressure. 3 il.

The invention relates to the mining industry, and more specifically to the drilling of wells, and is intended to reduce the differential pressure at the bottom of a well.
The aim of the invention is to improve the safety of carrying out tripping.
1.FIG. 1 shows a device for drilling wells; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one.
12.The device consists of a rock-breaking tool 1, a subdrip sub 2 with axial channel 3 made in it and calibrated grooves 4 on the outer surface, case 5 with a jet pump placed in it having a working chamber 6 and nozzle 7. The extender 8 is made with an axial channel 9. In housing 5, channels 10 and 11 are provided, respectively, which communicate the discharge cavity of the jet pump with the axial channel 3 of the over-bottom sub 2, and the pressure cavity of the jet pump with an annular space 12.
14.8, a rock-breaking tool has a channel 13. The jet pump discharge cavity through calibrated grooves 4 of the sub 2, the bottomhole zone and the channels 13, 3 and 10, respectively, in the tool, the sub and the housing communicate with the vacuum cavity of the jet pump. The outer diameters of the rock-breaking tool 1 and the over-bit sub 2 are equal and are 0.9-0.95 of the diameter of the extender 8. The device is attached to the drill pipe 14.
The device works as follows. Wash fluid in the drilling process along the drill pipe 14 and the axial channel
13, 39 in the expander 8 is supplied to the nozzle 7 of the jet pump. The outflow of fluid from the nozzle 7 under high speed creates a vacuum at the entrance to the working chamber 6 of the jet pump and in the bottomhole zone under the tool 1 through channels 10, 3 and 13. When fluid flows from the nozzle 7 into the working chamber 6 of the jet pump from the bottom surface along with suction fluid through the channels 13, 3
Стволand 10 the mud is also carried away. The working chamber 6 of the jet pump mixes the flow of fluid passing through the nozzle 7 and the flow of the rock saturated from the rock from the bottom of the tool 1 below. The mixed flow of the fluid through the channel 11 enters the annular space 12. A part of the washing fluid from the drill rock he washes the working elements of the expander 8 and is brought to the surface, while the other part returns to the bottom washing through calibrated grooves 4 on the sub 2. Since the calibrated grooves 4 of the sub 2 are hydraulic stresses against the passage of fluid, the pressure below the tool 1 is constantly maintained at a pressure lower than that in the annular space 12, i.e. maintains reduced differential pressure. Trunk
Поэтому случаи прихватов при проведении спуско-подъемных операций исключаютс .The 0 wells are formed by an expander 8 having a diameter of 20-30 mm larger than the rock cutting tool 1 and the sub 2, which amounts to 0.90-0.95 for the most common bits with a diameter of 190-445 mm. Therefore, cases of sticking when performing tripping operations are excluded.
The presence of a zone of reduced pressure at the bottomhole under the device creates an axial force on the rock-breaking tool 1 itself. Depending on the required values for reducing the differential pressure and axial load on the tool 1, the size and number of slots 4 or the number of subs 2 connected in series are assigned. Thus, by changing the hydraulic resistance of the calibration grooves 4, it is possible to regulate the magnitudes of the differential pressure decrease and the axial load on the tool.
