Abstract
The invention relates to a wastewater treatment technique and can be used to purify wastewater from petroleum products and mechanical impurities. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification. Cleaning is carried out in an apparatus with a horizontally placed rod along the flow of water by the cathode or the ratio of the width of the electrode unit to the width of the apparatus / 0.5-0.7 /: 1, while creating the maximum current density on the electrodes near the longitudinal axis of the flotation cell, reducing it to the periphery according to Gaussian distribution law. It is shown that in this mode the maximum degree of purification is achieved. 2 ill., 1 tab.

The method is implemented as follows.
In the flotation cell, horizontal insoluble rods - cathodes are located above the graphite flat anode and directed along the fluid flow, connected to the output terminals of the power source with different voltage values so that the voltage decreases from the center to the periphery according to Gaussian distribution law.

В сборной камере 2 расположен регул тор 9 уровн .The installation body is divided by partitions into a receiving chamber 1, a collecting chamber 2, a flotation chamber 3, a sludge collection chamber 4. In the flotation cell, there are located foam-collecting truncated prisms 5 and electrode blocks consisting of an insoluble anode 6 and a cathode 7, connected to the power supply 8. The cathodes are made of parallel rods located along the flow of the purified water. In the collecting chamber 2 there is a level 9 regulator.
Выполнение электродного блока обеспечивает отсутствие градиента плотности жидкости в направлении горизонтальных электродов и совместно с правильным выбором отношени продоль$ 4The execution of the electrode unit ensures the absence of a density gradient of the liquid in the direction of the horizontal electrodes and, together with the correct choice of the ratio of $ 4

The cathodes are located at a distance of 10 mm from each other in such a way that the complete set of cathodes (21 pcs.) Evenly covers the horizontal cross section of the photocell.
Purification is subjected to a model emulsion of Arlansk oil in O, 1 n. a solution of sodium chloride, which after preparation is left to stand for 24 hours. The initial content of emulsified oil is 200 mg / l.
Расход в системе поддерживаетс равным 30 л/ч, а среднее врем обработки составл ет 20 мин0 Напр жение на электродах поддерживаетс неравномер но по гауссовскому закону распределени .The liquid enters the flotation chamber from the distribution system. The flow rate in the system is maintained at 30 l / h, and the average processing time is 20 min. The voltage across the electrodes is kept uneven but according to the Gaussian distribution law.
In experiments, the number of wire cathodes to which voltage is applied is varied. The cathodes are disconnected in pairs from the periphery to the center; the ratio of the distance between the outermost ones is changed.
0,1-1,0.cathodes to the transverse size of the chamber L in the range of 0.1-1.0.
Data on the residual content of petroleum products are given in the table.
It is established that the optimum ratio of the width of the electrode unit to the width of the cell is (0.5-0.7), which ensures stable transverse convective movement.
