Изобретение относитс  к технологии изготовлени  электрических машин и может быть использовано в электротехнической и автомобильной промышленности. Цель изобретени  - расширение технологических возможностей способа путем обеспечени  намотки различных видов обмоток дл  различных типов статоров. Способ осуществл етс  следующим образом. Провод сматываетс  с бухты устройства 1 и подаетс  в намоточную головку 2, шпиндель 3 наматывает провод последовательно на оправку 7,расположенную на кольце 6 с прорезью. Затем производитс  перенос катушки с первой оправки в пазы пакета статора.В процессе согласованного поворота кольца 6 и картона 8 с пакетом 9 производитс  домотка полувитка на каждую катушку до ее перепрессовки в пазы пакета с помощью крючка домотки 11, а формирование межкатушечного соединени  в статоре осуществл етс  крючком 11 и упором 12. 5 ил.The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing electrical machines and can be used in the electrical and automotive industries.
