Abstract
2 з.п. The invention relates to the manufacture of rubber technical products and is intended for local vulcanization during repairs, in particular, tires. The purpose of the invention is to reduce power consumption. For this, the wire electric heating element 3 is enclosed in a substrate 4 of a textile structure made of glass fabric or woven fabric. At least 80% of the surface of the element 3 is located at the surface of one of the sides of the flexible plate. Between the outer insulating layer 1 of the opposite side of the plate and the element 3 is placed a heat-insulating screen 5. The heater ensures the formation of a flow directed towards the repaired place. As a result, the latter is quickly heated and energy consumption is reduced. 2 hp f-ly, 3 ill.

The invention relates to the manufacture of rubber technical products and is intended for local vulcanization during their repair, in particular tires.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce power consumption.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed heater; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - a fragment of a wire electric heating element.
The heater for local vulcanization is made in the form of a flexible plastic having outer insulating layers 1 and 2 and an electric heating wire 3 interposed between them. Element 3 is arranged in rows across the plate area and is bent in the perpendicular surface of the plate but in the form of a cyclically repeated profile. Element 3 is enclosed in the substrate 4 of the textile structure. The substrate can be made of fiberglass or asbotkan. Element 3 can be made with variable clamp.
At least 80% of the surface of the element 3 is located at the surface of one of the sides of the plate, in particular, at the outer insulating layer 2 (Fig. 2). Between the outer insulating layer 1 located at the opposite side of the plate and the element 3 there is a heat-insulating screen 5 consisting of four - five layers of fiberglass or asbestos fabric.
A package is assembled from all parts of the heater, which is stitched together by glass fiber to form a flexible plate.
10Electric heating element 3 may be continuous or consist of from 10

Прикладываетс затем опрессованное давление и электронагревательный элемент 3 подключаетс к источнику питани .During operation, the heater is applied to the damaged area of the product filled with a plaster. A pressure test is then applied and the electric heating element 3 is connected to the power supply.
At the same time, due to the location of the element 3 practically on the surface of the plate and the presence of the screen 5, almost all the energy goes to create heat flow towards the repaired place, as a result, the rapid heating of the plate and high-quality repair of the product while maintaining energy consumption. The heater gfost on a design and is reliable in work.
