Abstract
Purpose of the Invention The invention relates to a measurement technique for determining the size and concentration of suspended particles and can be used in the oil refining industry, geophysics and the technology for producing ultradisperse powders, as well as in other areas of technology that require control of the fractional composition of sols. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity to changes in the spectral composition of laser radiation and the accuracy of analysis of polydisperse media. For this, a suspension of controlled particles is passed through a standing wave of laser radiation, and the intensity of the scattered light is detected, differentiated, and the concentrations and particle size distribution are calculated from the power and spectral composition of its spatial and temporal fluctuations. The device differed, that the back wall of the measuring cell with the test medium was formed by the mirror surface of the acoustic radiator. A photomultiplier with a pinhole and symmetrically arranged around it at a small angle by a source of coherent radiation and photoresistance is located to it. This photoresistance is part of the RC-chain of the differentiating amplifier, connected between the photomultiplier and the effective value voltmeter with a spectrum analyzer. 2 sec. f-ly, 1 ill. s S sd N 00 00 scattered on moving particles, and the accuracy of measuring their velocity distribution. The drawing shows a device for carrying out the proposed method. The device contains a measuring cuvette with a transparent wall 1, pa together with the mirror surface of the rear wall 2, is an integral part of the acoustic emitter 3, forms a flat capillary
