Abstract

The invention relates to the extraction of oil and allows to increase the accuracy and simplify the method for determining the flow rate of a well (C) equipped with a sucker-rod downhole pump. To this end, two diagrams (L) of the active MOSH.T. electrohydrodvigatel pump drive are shown successively in scale at the stroke of the wellhead shaft upwards. The first D is removed at a lower pressure at the mouth, and the second at elevated pressure. Simultaneously remove the wellhead pressure. According to the D power and wellhead pressure at two different wellhead pressure values, the average difference values of the power HL (kW) and wellhead pressure AR (MPa) are determined with the wellhead rod up. Then, the flow rate Q (t / d) C is determined by the formula AP-y, where Yny is the specific gravity of the liquid under surface conditions, t / m

The invention relates to the field of oil production and can be used to measure the flow rate of wells equipped with submersible sucker-rod pumps driven by pumping units.

The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and simplify the method of determining the flow rate.

The method is carried out as follows.

мощности снима- ют диаграммы устьевого давлени .Two diagrams of the active power consumed by the pump drive electric motor are taken to scale successively during the wellhead stroke upwards. The first diagram is removed at a lower pressure at the wellhead, and the second at elevated pressure at the wellhead, obtained, for example, by covering the valve on the flow line of the well. Simultaneously with the power diagrams, wellhead pressure diagrams are removed.

Using the diagrams of power and wellhead pressure at two different wellhead pressure values, the average difference values of the power and wellhead pressure are determined during the wellhead stroke upwards, and the flow rate is calculated by the formula

где Q - дебит скважины, т/сут;where Q - well flow rate, t / day;

АР - средн   разностна  мощность, потребл ема  электродвигателем за период хода устьевого штока вверх, кВт;АR - average difference power consumed by an electric motor during the upstroke stroke period, kW;

DR - average differential pressure at the wellhead during the course of the wellhead upward, MPa; Y is the specific gravity of the fluid under surface conditions, t / m.
