Внутренние полости лопастей и перегородки воспринимают энергию ветра и привод т ВК во вращение . Нижн крыщка ВК. снабжена катками 10, основание - опорным диском 9, воспринимающим давление катков при вращении ВК. ВД имеет дополнительные ВК, которые размещены русами по высоте вала и равномерно смещены относительно друг друга в окружном направлении, а верхн и нижн крыщка соседних ВК соединены между собой. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention makes it possible to increase the power of a wind turbine (VD).
