Abstract
При необходимости лечение повтор ют через мес ц .The invention relates to dermatology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. After 5 days of taking antibiotics, irradiation with monochromatic polarized light with a wavelength of 6300-6500 A is prescribed. Before exposure, patients undergo light insulation in a darkened room. Irradiation starts from 1 min. After five exposures, the dose of the antibiotic is halved. The course of treatment is 15-20 days. If necessary, treatment is repeated every month.

This invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment.
The method is carried out as follows.
A patient suffering from abscessing acne is prescribed tetracycline with nystatin, but 200,000 units. five times a day. After 5 days of taking antibiotics, irradiation with monochromatic polarized red light with a wavelength of 6300--6500 A, emitted by a pulse generator for light therapy, is prescribed. Before irradiation, patients undergo light insulation for 20-30 minutes in a darkened room. The irradiator is placed at a distance of 20-25 cm from the surface of the skin (lesion). With- e1Ch .. antibiotics continue. Irradiation starts from 1 minute, increasing the exposure with each procedure for 1 minute. Pulse frequency from 90 to 300 times per second. The maximum exposure time is 10 minutes. After five exposures, the dose of the antibiotic is halved. The course of treatment is 15-20 days. In case of persistent treatment, the treatment is repeated after a monthly break.
Example 1. Patient G., 19 years old, appealed for the constantly appearing various elements of the son on the skin of the face, back and chest. Ill for 5 years. Repeatedly treated with various means: alcoholic solutions, creams, used antibiotics. There was no recovery.
The patient was prescribed tetracycline with nystatin 200,000 units each. Twice a day, after 5 days of taking antibiotics, monochromatic polarized red light with a wavelength of 6300-6500 A began to be irradiated. Before each irradiation, light insulation was performed for 20-30 min in a darkened room. Irradiation was started from 1 min., Increasing the exposure with each procedure for 1 min, reached at the end of the course.

10 min. The pulse frequency is 90 times per second, the power density is 0.16 J / cm.
The course of treatment lasted for 25 days. On days 3–4 after irradiation, a significant decrease in inflammation at the sites of eruption was observed. Fresh items did not appear. After 10-fold irradiation and antibiotic intake, clinical recovery occurred. Exacerbation within 6 months. no observation was noted.
Example 2. Patient G., 18 years old, reversed with the persistently recurrent form of conglomerate acne. Previously treated for 3 years. Treatment without effect.
The patient was irradiated with monochromatic polarized red light with a wavelength of 6300-6500 A. The irradiation was performed starting from 1 minute, increasing each subsequent procedure by 1 minute, brought up to 10 minutes at the end of the course. The pulse frequency is 300 times per second, the power density is 2.8 J / cm.
After 7 days of treatment, the pathological elements on the skin became significantly less. On the 3rd and 4th week, there was a complete permanent recovery.
The proposed treatment method averages 22.5 days, known methods 115.2 days. treatment time is reduced by five times.
